Spencer did a great job at getting my AC to work. Answer all my questions and gave me great advice on upgrading my old unit in the future. Overall, I have a great experience. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Very good experience with Optimal Air Cooling and Heating. They worked the entire day removing and installing a new unit. They hit many snags, but didn’t complain once. Alfonso is great. You can be sure he’ll take care of your needs at a great price.

I cannot recommend Optimal Heating & Air enough. I am a newer homeowner and was really nervous in finding a honest, trustworthy, and reliable company to do some cleaning and maintenance on my ac unit to get ready for the beautiful Bakersfield heat. Not only did I get a quick response from them, I felt comfortable with the information I was provided especially since I felt like they were being fully transparent. All this was just from the initial conversation and setting up the appointment to come out.

They were able to come out the next day to service my unit. I did need a part but the price was fair and honest which I did not feel taken advantage of. They also provided me a warranty on top of that which gives me a piece of mind!

Payment was easy. I initially was going to pay cash but since I decided to go ahead with the repair, they were more than happy to allow for me to pay with the cash and my debit card. Super quick and easy!

During their visit we got the rundown of everything they were doing and he took photos of my unit so I know dates now and model numbers for future references.

My ac is running great and now I don’t have to worry about it for a long time! They made sure to let me know that my unit was in great shape and not to worry about anything else for the time being. WHO SAYS THAT? Honest people and companies I tell ya!! I will definitely be recommending them to any and everyone. They will now be forever my people!!

On time better yet an hour ahead then scheduled, The gentlemen was very polite ,friendly,cared about us. He listen carefully to our issue and immediately got to work to see what was going on. He even showed us a video, explaning what he was doing and what has caused our problem. The was service great ! Even stay a little awhile to make sure our air conditioning was running smooth. He even called a few times later after few hours when he left to make sure everything was running as it should.

They came out within an hour from when I called. Spencer walked me through what the issue was and answered all my questions. He and his helper got it working again and haven’t had any issues. Big thumbs up for their quality of work and availability. I would use them again in the future.

I recently reached out to Optimal Heating &Air to take care of my mom’s cooling systems that were not functioning. I spoke to Spencer and coordinated everything with him to resolve cooling issues. I have to say I’m very impressed how Spencer promptly responded and fixed my mom’s cooling systems and mind you I live in the mid west! They provide very fast service. Had a new AC unit installed recently and overall, I’m very pleased with the service. The technicians were professional, arrived on time, and completed the installation efficiently. They took the time to explain how the new system works and left the space clean afterward.

Optimal was quick and responsive. They committed to getting our new unit installed right away and came through for us. I have to give props to them for working with the crane operator to get our unit on the roof even though the carport and power lines made it so difficult. You can’t go wrong with this company. I highly recommend them!

These guys knocked it out of the park! Service was above and beyond excellent. Our family home needed new duct work and a new unit. These gentleman were very transparent about everything going into our home, what type of work was being done exactly, how much time it would take and making sure everything worked properly. Thank you for your service. I was heading out of town Friday for the weekend when I noticed the air was no longer cooling the house. I called All Climate Air expecting at this time of year to be scheduled later in the week but to my surprise they had someone here the next morning. Their tech was kind and efficient. He quickly pin pointed the issue and was able to fix it having the part on hand. My wife and I were very impressed and with bags still packed headed out of town as planned. 5 stars.
