I definitely recommend this guys. They are really good and Profesional. They have me a fair price to fix my AC and they got it fix fast. I'm really happy.

After having no AC for the past week, dealing with another company through our home warranty insurance and getting nowhere, I called Optimal. The reviews were great and for good reason! Right away Alfonso was up front and honest about possible costs and his technicians were at my home an hour later (which is amazing). They ran the diagnostics and discovered it wasn't as bad as the other company had said. They had us up and running in about an hour. They were very informative and educated us about our system. Absolutely would recommend and will definitely call them first for any other future issues.

Very pleased with the maintenace service and employees of Optimal Heating and Air. Took time to explain exactly what they were doing, in a courteous matter. As always, no complaints but total satisfaction with the job they do. Highly recommend Optimal Heating and Air.

A.C has been out all day. Called and they showed up. they came and saved the day super friendly gave us a great laugh and were quick efficient. They did such a great job I would recommend them to anyone and keep using them from now on for maintenance and repair!

Alfonso and Spencer came out and say to service my AC that had lost refrigerant on the hottest possible day. They were prompt, very professional, and reasonably priced. Optimal Heating and Air was superb! They knew what they were doing. They identified all the problems with existing unit and made required adjustments. They completed within a matter of days and all employees were professional. I will definitely call them again and refer them to family and friends.

They came the same day I called them, diagnosed the problem on the same day. Followed up with me the day after for next steps and once parts came, scheduled me for a timing replacement and install. Would recommend them for any heating/air needs!

Optimal is a family business with great prices and even better service. We were given a wide variety of options, upfront prices, and prompt service for our AC replacement/upgrade. I really appreciate that Optimal did everything with "no bull." I had gotten bids from other businesses that jacked up prices only to give me "special" discount prices that were still more expensive than Optimal. One company's salesman even tried to bully and guilt me by telling me it was unethical to use what I learned from him and go with someone else. YIKES!! AC went out yesterday and thought we were about to be spending the next week sweating in this bakersfield heat. Called optimal first thing in the morning and Spencer was out at my house an hour later. By afternoon he had my AC running 100 percent.
