I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from AllClimate, and especially from Taylor Gamble, who came by to replace the fan motor on my HVAC unit. Taylor was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough — he made sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to point out things I should keep an eye on for the future. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and ensuring the customer feels informed and taken care of. Our service tech Taylor arrived on time and was courteous, professional and did a great job. He is knowledgeable and diagnosed exactly what was wrong with our furnace. All Climate Air Inc. gets a 5 star rating from us and we will continue to use them. I am a very happy customer and thanks so much.

Rueban was great, a true professional! I explained the situation with Monarch services and how they tried to screw us over. He informed me about them as well then went to work diagnosing the issue with my unit. He gave me the issue and told me the answer to the problem without trying to sell me on having to buy a whole new unit like Monarch did! It wasn't Jose Nuñez, but Ruben Banales who came today to inspect my air conditioning unit.
He annonced his coming as previously arranged, he was punctual, very cordial and inspected different components without finding any problem.
He suspects the problem could've been caused by the pump, but he advised me to watch it.

My ac stopped working on the day of 105 temperature. Eric came and had cool air flowing in short order. He was very professional and did a great job. I appreciate All Climate for timely and good service.

I’ve used All Climate Air for an annual inspection multiple times now and they do not disappoint! They are on time within their 2hr service window, professional, and polite. Eric is who came to do my recent inspection. He was polite, friendly, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things in a way I could understand. Highly recommend!

Of course the heater goes out just before a holiday. Ruben diagnosed the problem on Tuesday, had the part over-nighted and installed on Wednesday just before Thanksgiving. So it's very appropriate to be thankful for All-Climate Air.

Reuben came out and found the problem we were having, moisture collecting and dripping from our ductwork through our return filter onto the floor. Reuben was very courteous and friendly. He obviously is quite knowledgeable, found the problem quickly and hopefully our issue is resolved. Thank you for your help.

Winter heater service check up. The tech notified me of his pending arrival and seviced my unit quickly. Minimal mess in the closet where access to the split is located. No complaints or problems I felt I got quality service.

Just purchased a new HVAC. I have been a long time customer because of their honesty and integrity. Reuben was very accommodating and gave me a fair price for my new system. He also dropped a cooler off to my house to offset the overwhelming heat prior to the install. Christian G. and Jose N. were my HVAC installers. They were personable, professional and did a great job. I am very happy and very well-pleased. Thank you for your consideration and respectfulness. The technician arrived on time, clean and well, dressed and courteous. Informed us of what he had to do before doing it, which I always appreciate. There was no upsell. I would highly recommend this company.

$550 for a maintenance inspection to replace the capacitor.. literally a $10 part and maybe 10 minutes of labor. My fault for giving them the green light on this one, was busying working and didn’t have time to look it up, def going to shop around next time. But the tech was nice and they had good communication leading up to the appt but wow on the pricing. Sure fire way to scare customers away in the future.

This company had installed a replacement of my old residential HVAC system 6 years ago; their pricing was competitive then and the install then went without issue - so calling them back today for an issue that developed over the last couple of weeks was a no-brainer.

Front to back, beginning with my call to their front office this morning, speaking with Jennifer, arranging for a same morning appointment today… all the way to having a most professional HVAC tech Reuben arriving on time, in fact… professionally early, getting right to the issue; it was refreshing to experience.

The service fee was reasonably competitive and discussed before work began. The service; problem diagnosis; and temporary solution; was really top notch and made sense to me. Reuben answered all my questions relating to the problem, did some maintenance, also highlighting a possible source for a mild leak which may have to be further addressed.

I will require a return visit, but so far so good with All-Climate’s pro customer service and field work.

I was not required to pay the service fee today which was also convenient for me (I’ll be catching that next time…), and I’ll be receiving a call from the shop to schedule a return visit for later this week.

As such, overall, a top notch experience from All-Climate. Happy customer.
