We called Optimal Heating & Air originally after our air conditioning stopped working last summer and they made it out the same day that we called. They arrived on time and explained the issue to us before repairing our unit. We had them back recently to service our unit and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy with the service and highly recommend Optimal Heating & Air.

Spencer took my call while out of town, had Alphonso respond immediately to get us through the weekend. The following day I was first on their list. 100% satisfied with their professionalism and Service.
