This is not a place I would recommend to call if you want reliable service. I called as the capacitor went out last night (2nd year it has done this) and with the temps over 110 it could turn out to be deadly for the elderly lady with animals I was calling for. I mistakenly said condenser and it was actually capacitor for AC. I called him back 30 seconds later, as I said I would, and I had no answer. I left a name and number and after a very long wait still no call back. If this is how they treat someone then this is NOT a company I would say is worth calling let alone do any work. They are sadly lacking in their humanity towards the elderly!!

Rudy was amazing! Our air conditioning went out on Friday night. By Saturday morning it was fixed and we had cool air again! I whole heartedly recommend Rudy and On Call Heating and Air Conditioning.

Incall came to our rescue. Gave them a call at 10pm because are air conditioner went out on the hottest day yet this year. They got to my house in about 10-15min. Rudy is the best! On time, quick and goes out of his way to fit you in to get your ac repaired and keep you cool for the hot Bako summers! No one else I'd rather call since I've used him twice already and he's done great work and most importantly he is always on time and flexible! And the prices are very very reasonable!

This is probably my best experience with an A/C company. He came right on time. Diagnosed my A/C and was able to find the problem. He was able to get it cold again, now my kids can stay cool throughout the summer. The technician went above and beyond to gain customer satisfaction. Will definitely be calling him back for service.

Rudy and crew helped replace an old HVAC that had stopped working and replaced the thermostat as well. They came the same day I called and diagnosed and fixed the issue in record time. They explained everything they did and made sure we were satisfied before they left.

Oh, man, you wouldn't believe what I heard about how they fixed that thing.
Apparently, the main culprit was something called the kinetic flux capacitor—sounds like something out of a sci-fi movie, right? Anyway, it was shot. So they brought in a new, state-of-the-art one and just swapped it out. Then, they had to spend a little extra time on the thermo-core regulator to make sure the new part and the rest of the system were all playing nice together.
The craziest part is how they did it. The crew was completely under the radar. I mean, they were like HVAC ninjas. In and out in under an hour, not a single tool left behind, nobody even saw them. Total "secret event" stuff.
So yeah, they fixed the fancy part, made sure it worked with everything else, and did it all in a super stealthy way. Your AC is basically a work of secret art now.

Very thankful for On Call Heating and Air Conditioning. I called them with a Ac issue on Saturday and they arrived within one hour. Rudy and his team were very professional and identified the problem and we are waiting on the parts to come in.
I will be using them for this repair along with all future work.

I couldn’t ask for any more than Rudy and his team. I noticed my unit was not working properly this afternoon so I gave Rudy a call to ask some questions and let him know what exactly was going on. He was able to come and take a look this evening and found out it was something different than we thought. Rudy and his team were able to pin point the issue, fix it and now I’m enjoying a cool night.With the weather getting warmer and only going to get hotter, I mean it’s no Iraq and Afghanistan heat cause I know about all that, this man and his company is the only one I will call when I have any further issues. I cannot thank On Call Heating and Air and Rudy enough. My air went out. I am disabled and ventilator dependent and cannot handle heat well at all. I called On Call and Rudy was here within hours. He discovered my compressor had gone out which is a full day repair. Rudy went above and beyond to get my air up and running the same day. I am so grateful. If you are looking for an air conditioning company that does quality work at a fair price there is no need to look any further. Thank you again Rudy!

SCAMMY! In January I had a couple of Rudy's employees over because my thermostat would not go on. The replaced main blower and pressure switch (over $600.00 ). And told me a month labor a 1 year for parts warranty. Called him just last week because the air won't turn on. He refused and said if I had them come out it would be a $99.00 service fee.He also had attitude. I tried to reach him again by e-mail and text several times, even told him I would blast his name, but never heard from him. The address that he has online are bogus. Sad but true.
Update on Review. On his reply Rudy clearly states that my 1 year warranty has expired, but he just did the job in January? It has only been less than 6 months. Any other replies saying different, I will post the receipt here.

Our AC went out Saturday night, I called Sunday of a holiday weekend and Rudy (the owner) came out just when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and instantly found the problem once he saw our unit. He worked fast and got our AC back online!

I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars to On Call AC and Heating! From the moment that we contacted them, the customer service was exceptional. Rudy, our technician, arrived at a reasonable time, was very knowledgeable and was able to solve the problem with our HVAC system, quickly. Rudy was an absolute pleasure to work with.
