The best service I've had from a company in a while, the guys at the front desk are very helpful and honest and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need.

After my HVAC system started making strange noises, they arrived promptly and quickly identified the issue. In just under an hour, my system was running smoothly again. Their professionalism and expertise were evident, making the entire experience stress-free and satisfying.

After dealing with an outdated thermostat for way too long, I decided it was finally time for an upgrade. The technician arrived about 20 minutes after the scheduled time, which was understandable, and got right to work. They were efficient and friendly, explaining each step of the installation process. Now, my home feels more comfortable, and I'm thrilled with the new setup. Highly recommended!

They are a rip off company. We thought they would be a good company because they were associated with Costco. But didn't find out how wrong we were until we paid through the nose for our new units. Also, always trying to sell something you don't need when they come to do a service. When we were having an issue with cooling, they tried to sell us on replacing our entire duct work. Seemed fishy, so we got another quote from a reputable longstanding local firm. Didn't tell them what Monarch said. The other company quoted us a fix that was 10% of Monarch's. Extremely important to get a second quote before using them. Also, important to tell them about taking you off their call list or the texts, emails, and phone calls will be never-ending year round.

Just had Kenneth and Bailey (hope I spelled his name correctly) service my HVAC unit for my home. Both individuals were highly respectful, knowledgeable and had no issues dumbing everything down for me. Service was excellent, team members were excellent.

Alex Rutledge took the time to find the problem and went the extra mile to make sure that we didn’t get charged any additional money. he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! My wife and I would definitely recommend him and Monarch Air.

Have been needing to have my AC serviced and ducts cleaned as we have never had them done since the house was built. They came out and gave me an estimate and were able to get someone out the next day to get all the ducts cleaned and our AC system repaired and serviced. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Would definitely use their service for all our HVAC needs and highly recommended them

Joel came and found the problem almost immediately and was able to get my heater running smoothly within minutes. Since no parts were needed I was charged nothing!

Daniel and Juan were able to complete a large, complicated job in a professional and timely manner. They left my home clean, like they were never here. It was 106°F today. A majority of their day was in the hot attic. I didn't hear one complaint. Respect and appreciation for their hard work. My systems life was greatly extended. 100% recommend.

Joel came and did a warranty repair. He did a very good job. He was very courteous and helpful. Answered every question we had.

Jesse was An amazing technician from the moment he arrived to our home. From respectful to being transparent and honest. Every step he took he would demonstrate to myself and my wife how things were going and what steps were being made... definitely keeping this company for future calls thanks to Jesse and steve.... thank you guys for the hard work

Sanjeet came by and was very quick and efficient in his assessment. Gave some quick tips and recommendations on how to best use the filters and when to replace them throughout the year. Monarch technicians have always been helpful and honest to me and Sanjeet is a great example of this. 10/10 would reccomend to my friends and family.

I just want to say, I rarely ever write reviews, but in this case, I made sure to do so. I had called to get service on my AC unit, and I had the pleasure of getting the most professional and informative service I’ve ever received from Dan. I have had issues with my unit and Dan took the time to explain and took video and pictures and explained exactly what was going wrong. My AC unit was so bad, another technician, (Ruben) came out just as precautionary measures to make sure I get everything taken care of since the condition of the unit is at risk of a fire hazard. Not only, did they do the annual maintenance, but they went above and beyond with video and pictures just to make sure this these issues get addressed asap. I’m so grateful I had these two professionals assisting me and explaining what needed to be done…. This company should be proud of these two individuals that are a great asset to the company.

Honestly, the technician was super nice however he was at my home for seven hours. And then tried to tell me that my AC unit was compromised that my ducting was compromised and that he couldn’t put Freon in my unit because the type of Freon it takes is now illegal and not even available. After that him and his boss over the phone tried to sell me a $40,000 AC unit for my home. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. The following week had another company come out. They charged up my AC with the Freon that was “not available and illegal” he was efficient, however, would not recommend or use again.

Jesse came to my home on an emergency, home was not cooling. He took the time to explain what was going on with pictures and videos. Very transparent. I will monarch home services again.

Avoid this company at all costs! Our blower motor went out on the 4 year old system that they installed. First they tried to tell me the motor went out because our ducts were too small and wanted $10k for new duct work. Interestingly, selling duct work seems to be the best thing their good at. Then they told me the motor went out because my condenser was dirty. I informed them I wanted the blower motor replaced under the manufacturers 10 year warranty and would pay the labor to install it. They told me that it probably wouldn't be covered under warranty but if they could get it covered, the installation cost would be $4k. I laughed in their faces at that amount. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I ended up calling a very honest and reliable company, south valley ac and heating. They replaced my blower motor under warranty and charged me under $200 for the labor. They also said my ducts were perfectly fine. I highly recommend South Valley AC!
