Thank you so much to Rudy for his kind and knowledgeable service. After a whole night of our AC going off I called On Call HVAC around 5:30 am and thankfully I got an answer. Rudy is amazing got out here when he said he would. He was here for maybe an hr got my system going for us. He was brutally honest said my system will need to be replaced eventually and that he work with me to get a new one in. He was nice and understanding as well as very professional. We called Rudy, and within 2 hours, on a Sunday, he was able to come out. We had no AC on a 114 day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it all within an hour. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave his honest opinion on future maintenance. We will be calling him back for regular maintenance from now on. Thank you!!!

Not sure how to even explain what good people these fine gentlemen are. For starters they tell you LIKE IT IS. Meaning, no funny business, no fancy terms to sound sophisticated or over charge you with something minor or keep the big issue blank, then they sweet talk you to do more business with them. And look at that something major showed yup there goes 1200 bucks plus the basic crap before so in total it would be close to 1700.

Trust me when I say this, I've had NUMEROUS repair people show up and do the most basic crap ever. They never told me "hey your freon is low" or your ac unit is overheating. No they just want to milk you dry and overcharge you with basicccc work. Oh and my ac is so cold now I never knew it could be this cold without lowering the thermostat low. The others? A little touch up (whatever they do up there) and it works for a good few months and then right back all over again especially in the summer and every single time it gets worse
Why? Because they don't want to completely fix it otherwise no business in there greedy eyes. Do the bare minimum, over charge, and repeat!

They aren't professional as they claim, and their trouble shooting, forget it!
Word of advice, DO NOT WAIT FOR SUMMER GET IT MANTAINCED BEFORE THAT HELL SHOWS UP. And there should be nobody I repeat NOBODY ELSE BUT THESE GUYS!

Believe me, from today, Sunday, I thought they are all the same just ripping people off. These guys? No, they help and want to teach you the issue so you can be aware of noncaring AC repair companies. Yes they have an actual heart to want to TRULY HELP YOU!

What if I told you that I have been living in Bakersfield for over 20 years. Been down that google listing list/list trying to find someone that wants to help not just see you as another number. Never have I heard of these guys (since there is so many and Google ranks them random so you might never see them until a while) if you did, congrats! This isn't a Google rank. This is an honest rank!

You won't, I repeat, you will NOT get better service, that is fast (they understand how important it is to stay cool) HONEST AND HELPFUL! Anyone at all that reads this, hires them, and isn't satisfied, you know where to find me. Message me and tell me, but you won't, that is how confident I am.

rudy responded the call right way, and within 30 minutes he was diagnosing my home a/c problem, he was very knowledgeable and honest, I recommend on call a/c service , specially if Rudy is your a/c tech.

Our AC unit needed replaced. I received a quote from another company and called On Call Heating and AC Services for a second quote. The owner, Rudy, came out the same day I called and beat the price from my first quote. He had a new unit installed within a couple of days. Rudy was very kind, professional, honest, and just a wonderful person to have done this work. He made what could have been a stressful process run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining such a positive and friendly demeanor. I read the reviews on this business before calling and they are on point, Rudy and his team are exceptional and I highly recommend this business!

Rudy and his partner Joseph came by with in about thirty minutes after contacting them and replaced my motor, capacitor and relay with in about an hour great work and customer understanding.

I highly reccomend rudy.. I found his number online and I chose him based off the reviews and he was great! I called him round 8pm and he said he be out to check my AC as soon as he was done with another call and as soon as he was done he text me letting me know he was on his way so I appreciate how he communicated with me by 10:30 he had found the issue with the AC and had it fixed for me... good price especially after hours and explained everything to me so if your looking for someone I HIGHLY reccomend rudy on call heating and air conditioning! I had lost the phone number for my on-call heating and air conditioning service provider, but after some research on Google, I was able to find them again. This particular company is the best one in Bakersfield, and they did an exceptional job at my home, installing a filtration system with UV light that is working wonderfully, I am grateful to Rudy and his team for their assistance and may God Bless them for helping me and my family.

I came back from out of town to a 90 degree house due to a failure of my condenser disconnect. It was late on Sunday and Rudy was able to come right over troubleshoot and get my unit up and running again. I will be calling Rudy for any future A/C problems.

Rudy is really reliable!! Cheap too. He was very helpful taking the time to explain what needed to be fixed. He gave me options and checked out my AC even though I only called for the heater to be fixed. Me and my family will only be working with this company for now on.

Oncall Heating & Air is awesome! Super quick response! I called at 8am and Rudy was out the same morning! I have a super old AC unit and instead of just tell me it had to be replaced, he and his team were able to fix it within an hour of arriving. His pricing is fair and he is upfront and honest.
