I had a great experience with this plumbing company in Burbank. Samuel handled a big project for me—he replaced my old water heater, added a safety pan underneath, and moved it to a new spot so there was more space for the water softener in the utility room. He also put in a whole house shut-off valve for extra peace of mind. Samuel was friendly, quick, and kept things light with his sense of humor. He even went the extra mile by clearing a clogged tub drain, installing a new bidet seat, and swapping out some leaky faucet valves. Even though some of these were smaller fixes, he took care of everything with a positive attitude and gave helpful advice along the way. I really appreciated his professionalism and the quality of his work.

the plumber who came to fix my kitchen leak was really knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. he showed up right on time and got the job done quickly without any fuss. jonah was very friendly, even took a moment to say hi to my dog, which i thought was nice. after finishing the work, he cleaned up the area and took the time to show me where my water shut off valve is and explained how to use it. since my condo is in a building with several other units that share the same water line, the plumbing company handled all the scheduling with the condo association for me. i didn’t have to worry about anything—they took care of it all. honestly, this was one of the smoothest plumbing repairs i’ve ever experienced. i would definitely call them again and highly recommend their services.

We have been having ongoing issues with our toilets in the house. I reached out to Sam. He came out the very next day and was very easy to understand and work with. Come to find out our pipe has roots inside and needs to be replaced. Sam gave us all our options and we went with hydro jetting for now. Thank you we will be calling again next time

I can’t thank just drain it plumbing any more than I already have. Sam is a genius and is the neighborhood plumber we all trust. Our kitchen drain has always been clogging at least twice a year which causes our laundry machine to flood. We have been calling Sam to clear the issue until we are ready to finally once and for all get that old pipe replaced. Thank you once again Sam!

Sam was highly recommended by our uncle who’s been a real estate agent for decades. Sam was punctual, honest about the job, flexibile, knowledgeable, walked in with good energy and dealt with us so kindly throughout the process.

Sam is excellent! He came to my house on a Sunday night because my main drain was clogged. He hydro jetted the drain, then showed me that I still had numerous cast iron drainpipes, even though the house had been renovated. He gave me a reasonable price to replace all of them, cleared out the roots in the clay pipe to the street and installed two new cleanouts. He is professional, communicative, knowledgeable and overall a very nice guy. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him if I need plumbing services in the future.
