This is a review from Sept 2023. Amazing job on my kitchen sink and shower pipes. They are the only plumbing company I trust because they are honest and do the job correctly. I called to see if they were still with Fidelity warranty and they weren’t. Now the company is sending me plumbing companies who either are hard to get a hold of/ hard to schedule, or telling me things to just make a quick buck. And I don’t trust that. I hope you’re back with Fidelity soon.

Team from Rooter Guys arrived as scheduled. Tub, toilet and both bathroom sink and kitchen backed up. They snaked the access, tub and both sinks drained, but toilet was still backing up. They tried to snake it again. They weren't going to give up until everything was draining properly. Viola! That did the trick, toilet flushed right, all drains were running perfectly. Thanks for a great job.
