I'm so happy I found a local plumber that is responsive and is great with troubleshooting. We have a rental where our tenant reported an astronomically high water bill , likely due to a leak. When I called, Hotline was able to fit me in within 30 minutes! I think it's a record.

BEN arrived exactly within the time and my tenant described the issue. No running water sounds in the house but the high bill. Ben dug up the meter and saw it was running very fast. He located the sprinkler shut off which stopped the meter. Time to call my gardener to help. We got a fun lesson in plumbing troubleshooting and a friendly face. Thanks again, Ben!

Hotline Plumbing is so good a what they do, I’m almost happy to have plumbing problems😄. Hotline Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company for about 10 years. From clogged sewage lines to water heater repair or replacement and everything in between. I have never had an issue with their work and all the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Don’t be turned off by a couple of bad reviews. When companies offer estimates online , they are going based on general information, many times the actual job requires additional time, equipment, man power etc. Let Hotline Plumbing come out to your location and they will give you an honest assessment of your situation. Some jobs cost more than others, but taking short cuts to save money often ends up costing more in the long run. I trust the folks at Hotline Plumbing, I will continue to use them in the future and will refer them to everyone I know who needs an exceptional team of plumbers. This was the first time I have used Hot Line Plumbing and I am very pleased to report that my problem was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. My bathtub was not draining and I had two other plumbers try to clear the drain/pipe. Not successful. I called Hot Line and Ben was sent. He fixed the problem very quickly. I told him I would not write a review until I took a shower, well now it has been quite a few showers my family has taken and the water is still swirling down the drain. Thank you Ben and Hotline!

Exceptionally good price, even in the midst of all of the weather related issues that are going on in Los Angeles they were here when they said they would be. They did not hesitate to give me knowledge of the repair price but they gave me knowledge of the aftercare.

Great customer service for no actual service!! The bottom of my water heater got flooded this past heavy rain. I googled possible causes for the noise and it didn't sound good. I messaged Hotline Plumbing to get a quote for a noisy water heater. I spoke to Giovanni who gave me a very reasonable quote to come out. But he went beyond my expectations. Instead of making easy money with a house call, Giovanni gave me advice on what the problem was and explained how I could fix it myself. I deeply appreciate his honesty and kindness, something that is sorely lacking in the world. I was able to fix the problem, but had his number on speed dial if I got stuck. Hotline Plumbing is now in my contact list for a future upgrade to a tankless heater. I’m telling all my friends. Now, if only Giovanni did outside home repairs, patching and painting…

Mauricio provides excellent service. He installed tankless water heaters for a relative and myself. In fact he was recommended to me by a friend who is very picky with who she hires. Not only did he provide fast and reliable service, he was responsive when we had questions post installation. I got referred to Hotline plumbing from my friend. We are remodeling our kitchen and our sink sewer line was all corroded. We called hotline and they came out within hours. Mauricio and his co-worker came out and put abs piping and fixed our issue. We also had our water main shutoff was corroded and lying in dirt. He added pipes and raised it. One more job was replacing our pool fill knob was leaking. He fixed that. I highly recommend Hotline plumbing. They are very reliable and good at what they do . Thank you

You know when you need a plumber, you need them right now! Our washing machine drain became clogged which then clogged the kitchen sink. Since the plumber we have used for decades would not be available in a timely manner we called Hotline Plumbing. They said they could be here in a short while. Mauricio and William got right to work clearing the stubborn clog. After a short while and for a reasonable price the drains were running clear.. Friendly, fair, clean and tidy. Highly recommend Hotline Plumbing and would definitely use them again.

Hotline is amazing! Geovanni came over and quickly and easily fixed problems I’ve been dealing with for years. One problem was a leaky shower faucet that I wanted replaced but he fixed in 5 minutes without the invasive procedure that would have required cutting into the exterior wall stucco. Saving me hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate that and would highly recommend them to anyone

I was shopping around for someone to replace my garbage disposal for me. The price range they quoted me was far below any of the other 15 companies I called. It makes being a home owner so much nicer not to be raked over the goals for every little job, so I went with Hotline.

Ben came out the next day and was in and out in 10 minutes. I was in disbelief how quick the job was. He then charged me the bottom end of what they quoted me over the phone. He also then helped me get a stuck hose off one of my pipes and wouldn't take payment for that because he said it was easy.

2/12/2026 I just had another great repair done in my home by Hotline - this time Ben was the technician. He replaced a toilet, and installed a aquasana water filter system in my kitchen. Ben did such an excellent job and I am especially happy about the way he was able to install the water system, diagnosing what had to be done after removing the old system. He left everything spotlessly clean. He did such professional quality work, and answered any questions I had going forward. Thank you, Ben!
