Very helpful and friendly staff.

Went in for a part but it was proprietary so they didn’t have it, but the staff suggested a free-be fix that completely solved the problem. They even provided the zip-tie! You can’t get that type of know how and service at Home Depot. Definitely going here from now on.

Great deals on all types of plumbing supplies and hot water heaters. Very courteous helpful staff. Also their customers are very kind and courteous.

Guillermo helped us for the 2nd or 3rd time today. He was punctual, knowledgable, skilled and got the job done in a timely manner. Cleaned up like nothing ever happened.. Can't say enough good things about this company. it is also easy to get an appt. Today was just water filter change but last time it was snaking our toilet to fix a clogged line.

I have been a customer for about 20 years. I trust VHL for all plumbing work at my home and my rental properties. They do smaller jobs such as unclogging a sink and large jobs such as replacing all of the old gas pipes at one of my buildings. Vince and his team are professional to the core. I highly recommend.

I have been a customer of VHL Plumbing for over 12 years & have had excellent results & excellent experiences with their staff & crew. Their work is done right the FIRST time, there's no calling back & asking them to come back again for the same thing! They are all friendly & clean up after themselves. They don't leave any mess behind. Yesterday they came out to snake the mainline, I've been putting it off due to other things that have come up, but now it's clean & done!! About a month ago I had a new washer & dryer installed which was purchased from a major home improvement store. The store had to come out 4 times because twice the dryer was damaged as they uncovered it. The third time was because they wouldn't change the gas line because the gas lines were the wrong size. I called again & they installed the gas lines, only to leave it leaking Gas in the house. The gas company was called to turn the gas off completely for the whole house. I called VHL & they came out to change the gas line & connect the dryer properly !! Excellent work done by an excellent crew, ALWAYS!!!!

I have been a customer of VHL Plumbing for over 12 years or longer, and always have had excellent service. Their crew are excellent at what they are doing, because they KNOW what they are doing, they don't just tell you they know!! About a month ago I called and asked them to please come out and change the Gas line for my new Dryer, because the store that the washer & dryer was purchased at screwed up in the installation. They installed the wrong pipe thread size. I had to call the Gas Company for an emergency call because gas was leaking, which they turned off all the gas for the house, until I had the Plumber come out and change the lines. VHL came out right away and took care of the problem, then the Gas Company came back within a few hours and turned it back on. Yesterday, my Clean Out drain in the backyard was overflowing and it needed to be cleaned out. Once again they delivered! Now my drain is good for hopefully 9 - 12 months, I hope. I will have them eventually change out the pipes to the sewer line, and when I remodel, I will have all the pipes redone in the house. Excellent company, excellent crew!!! The sewer system in my automotive repair shop was clogged up because of broken cast iron pipe they run camera inspection & cut the concrete floor did the repair in one day. they are professional in repair or new plumbing construction. Vence is the owner of the company I know him for more than 23 years he is honest, kind & he go out of his way to help others. The technicians are hard worker they are very devoted to make the customer happy. The lead technician Manny is knowledgeable of the trade and he has well experienced crew. This guys did the job on time very good workmanship and good customer service. I recommend VHL plumbing to any one who is looking for repair or new construction they are the best in the city of Burbank and Los Angles.
