We have had the pleasure of working with Eric G for the last 3 days and have been well taken care of and impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and compassion in understanding our situation. Thanks to Eric and Agent Rooter!!!

I spoke to Eric about installing a toilet, he gave me a very fair price and then offered to get it done right away before another appointment he had. He and his co-worker showed up quickly and did a great job, also transferred a bidet attachment I had, and I was very happy with their work. Eric even called me back the next day to make sure I knew I had written them a check for more than their charge (I had included a tip), and reminded me to call them if I had any issues. Very highly recommended.

We had an issue with water seeping out from under our toilet- they came in, inspected the issue, clearly laid out our options, and were ready to perform the repair on the spot. They were done quicker than I'd expected, and even went the extra mile to fix up a leaky spigot the same day, with a little bit of ingenuity!

Here I am again, needing the services of Agent Rooter, and while I do not enjoy plumbing problems, I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!
This time, my toilet was flooding the entire bathroom with every flush... definitely an emergency!
They were swamped with work, but Eric assured me they would make it...within 2 hours, they were here!!!
It was a job, let me tell you (had to remove the toilet, snake the system, and reassemble everything) but they got it done, working perfectly, and cleaned up (!!!!!) in about an hour.

We had an emergency leak in our kitchen after hours and Eric rushed right over. He was calm, diligent, professional & did an amazing last minute job. We weren't sure what to do and he was there to save the day. We're keeping Agent Rooter's info on our fridge in case of another emergency and will be requesting Eric personally.

Amazing experience with Eric. He showed up asap on New Year’s Eve with a positive attitude and gave some great feedback and advice. This isn’t the first rodeo with our buildings plumbing system so we knew everything he mentioned was accurate. It was a really tough and dirty job but he spent his NYE evening completing the job (which took a little over 2 hours) and didn’t stop until he was finished. 10/10

Can’t recommend highly enough—had a gas leak and I was lucky to have them come out same day. Very reasonable pricing and more importantly I trusted that Eric was doing what he thought was appropriate and not looking for a way to boost the bottom line. Honest, communicative, and if the measures we took today require more work (or for any other plumbing work I need done) I will ABSOLUTELY be giving them a call. What a wonderful company.

Can speak highly enough of the great work Agent Rooter Plumbing did. My guest bathroom sink was clogged and Corey spent over three hours, trying to fix it, which ended up being my pipes needed to be flushed. They did a great job fair, honest and great communication. Well-deserved five stars.

Couldn’t be Happier with the service and professionalism I received from both Erick and Corey. I had a clogged drained in my restaurants kitchen and what seemed like a straight forward job posed more issues than expected because of some piping issues. Nevertheless Corey stuck with it and persisted until the job was done! Glad I called them. Highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with Agent Rooter, from the first call for an estimate to the install of my water heater. Eric was very professional at every step of the process and never tried to upsell me. They did a great job with the install. I will definitely be using Agent Rooter for any plumbing needs going forward and will be recommending them to whomever needs a plumbing services.

I called Agent Rooter today regarding a blockage in our main line that was causing our clean out to overflow. There was also some back up in the tub and toilet. Cory came over and did a tremendous job. Not only did he unclog the line, but he walked me through everything. Answering every question I had. Cory was very personable, professional and efficient.
