What a fantastic company and group to work with. Eric is honest, up front, reliable and reasonable. He responds right a way and does everything he can to take are of the problem as soon as possible. Eric takes care of (2) very large apartment complexes for us and has never let us down. We highly recommend Agent Rooter Plumbing.

Called around for quote to replace garbage disposal. Most places gave estimated ranging from $325--585! Agent Rooter gave me a flat cost, out the door, which I prefer. Got a call from Eric. He said he can be here in about an hour and half. Great! He arrive a little before the promise time, and was done in less than 30 minutes! Unbelievable! Will definitely call Agent Rooter for my next plumbing need(s)! Thank you Eric for your quick response and efficient work!

Eric and Corey are our heroes! Our ancient water heater finally took a dive and we had no hot water. On top of that our toilet was slow and backing up! The team walked us through it and gave us very reasonable options. These fellas are solid, honest hard working. We have used Agent Rooter Plumbing several times for toilet and sink issues. They are terrific! Agent answers the phone every time, without fail they have had a plumber to our home within the same day, usually within a couple hours, and have always resolved the issue without fail. All plumbers we have worked with have been professional, friendly and cared for our home as we do. We will continue to use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

They arrived quickly after my call, diagnosed the problem right away, and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. On top of that, the price was very reasonable—no surprise fees or upselling. Eric has helped us twice now, both times been extremely timely, respectful, and professional. He makes sure to explain everything clearly, and in depth. I feel valued and respected as a client. We had a massive job done in December, replacing an old sewer line. The whole time we were shown pictures and details about what needed to happen, the process along the way, and the completed finished product. I could go on. I will definitely continue to call Agent Rooter for our plumbing needs.

I recently hired Agent Rooter to fix a leaking toilet and From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and thorough. They showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They had to really look to find a smaller fitting toilet for the space to align with hole in the floor.
The quality of the repair was excellent, and they made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and how respectful they were of my home. Their pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise charges.

Awesome job! Eric and Corey were able to fix my toilet issue and kitchen sink problem really efficiently . They did an absolutely fantastic job and kept all areas very clean. I could tell they were very clever , thinking about the plumbing issues very strategically.
I also loved how they were very honest and upfront about their pricing. Their pricing was competitive.
If I have any future plumbing needs, I will not hesitate to use them again , no reservations at all !

Great, fast service!! After initial inspection, gave us a rundown of repair choices and prices for each. For lower cost repair, if higher price service additionally needed, lower price repair paid applied. Highly recommend.

Eric was extremely professional and responsive! Can't recommend this team highly enough. We had a late night drainage issue and Eric helped us out in a matter of minutes. Thanks again!

TLDR: Cory and Eric were professional, friendly and amazing at what they do! Not only did they fix the problem we called them for, they saw that we needed an easier access point for any future washer/dryer clean out needs and installed one.

Cory is our MVP of the year! He helped us get our heavy stacked washer/dryer out and back in of the tiny built-in cabinet, which was a job in it of itself!!

He was quickly able to locate the problem and let us know our options to fix it. As well as letting us know that if we added a clean out pipe we wouldn’t need to move those heavy machines for more routine fixes and cleanings.

Eric joined Cory to add the clean out pipe — together they were able to quickly and efficiently get that installed.

Both were incredibly friendly and left our place cleaner than when they got here.
