Eric was the best! I called him to get a quote to fix an old water heater. Hello showed up 30 minutes ahead of schedule and was able to fully swap out a new water heater within an hour. I definitely recommend! The price was very fair and upfront.

Exemplary service! I have two pet peeves when it comes to hiring folks to help me with my house. The first is when no one answers the phone. Not only did Eric answer the phone himself, he was an absolute delight to speak with. Great disposition, kind demeanor and exceptional knowledge in his field of expertise? If you're asking for more than that, you should probably just do the work yourself.

My second pet peeve is poor workmanship. The job I had him doing probably wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a big deal to me and it was done beyond my expectations and for less money than I was expecting to spend. There were two possibilities, both of which he let me know about upfront. I'm always expecting to pay the higher price in these situations and in this case it was the lower. Work looked great and best of all, no leaks!

Agent Rooter Plumbing comes with my highest recommendation. Trustworthy, very nice, reasonable prices and overall just a cool guy. I'm 100% serious when I say Eric, and the other gentleman with him (so sorry, but I didn't catch his name) will be getting invited to my next BBQ!

Cory is awesome! We had a leaky toilet which had caused our water bill to sky rocket. We really needed someone to come fix the issue ASAP. When we called Cory, he took his time with us on the phone to try to understand the issue we were having, then was able to come out the next morning! When he came to the house to check out the toilet, he figured out how to fix the issue without us having to buy a new toilet or spend a fortune on new parts. Not only was he very honest and reasonable with his pricing, he was so pleasant and had such great energy! He is our new go to guy for anything plumbing related!!

I called Agent Rooter Plumbing for help installing a device required by our insurance company. They came out the same day—by noon! Eric and his partner were punctual, professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We’re very happy with their service and will absolutely be using Agent Rooter for all our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Eric and Cory - Amazing! Am embarrassed to say, I had our main sewer line replaced 10+ years ago by this team, we were still new to the area. Having lived here 18 years now, I can truly attest to their work. My 87 yr old mom, in our back guest house, a family of 6 with 4 dogs...no issue. Walking with Mom today I see Eric and Cory again, it was great to have their help. Local, fast, clean, easy to talk to, work with.

Had an issue with the toilet not flushing and overflowing. He snake the line via the clean out and fixed the problem.

This is my second time using Roto-rooter and I am quite satisfied with their work. They have been reliable, quick to respond and the technicians I've had are very professional, good at what they do and seem like good people. My recent tech, Ian, was so helpful in fixing the issues in my kitchen and bathroom. He was transparent and communicative, clearly explaining and showing me what the issues were, fixing them and advising on different steps on how I can avoid issues in the future. He was also very courteous in making sure the areas were neat and squeaky clean after the repairs. I would definitely go with Roto-rooter again and would request Ian as the service tech.

Oscar was highly professional and ensured our issue was properly addressed. He went above and beyond by communicating with our management to find a solution and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. His kindness and concern for my family’s well-being, especially our need for warm water, were truly appreciated.

Jeff was very professional and thorough. He took the time to test my water and explain every test to me and what it meant. He explained different options for filters in the pros and cons of each. He even waited patiently for me to get home even though I was out of the house when he got here. Definitely a professional service. Thank you.

Excellent follow-up and attention to detail! The service person went to a local hardware store to buy a special sealant necessary to complete the job. He could have walked away without mentioning that I needed a specialty item not on his truck. Above and beyond!
