I own a duplex in Burbank and recently had a plumbing issue in one of the units--slow flushing toilet and a gurgling bathtub. With only one bathroom in the unit, I needed it addressed immediately.

I called Rooter Guy Plumbing at 9:00 am and spoke with Alex, who was professional, responsive, and gave me a clear estimate along with a service window between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. To my surprise (and my tenant's relief), Alex called back shortly after and said a technician could arrive even earlier--by 10:30 am.

The team arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even recorded a video to show me what was going on. They also offered recommendations for long-term solutions and provided a follow-up estimate--all very helpful, especially since I live out of state in Las Vegas.

As a landlord managing from afar, it's crucial to have reliable service providers who act quickly and can handle everything virtually. Alex and the Rooter Boys team delivered exactly that.

We needed our water heater flushed and serviced for routine maintenance. Called Rooter Guy and they hooked it up with an appointment the same day, and cheaper than a couple other companies we called. Joe came through and did the maintenance fast and clean, and was nice. Good job.👍🏽

VERY pleased with Rooter Guy! Not only were they able to send out a tech within 90 minutes, the tech worked through a very tough clog on our 81 year old house where an iron pipe in a slab meets a metal pipe in the original part of the house. And I found the price very fair! Rooter Guy has been added to my phone contacts! Highly recommend.

I had a sewer back up and my call was returned within minutes and they arrived in half an hour. Geovanni was very helpful and the fix was completed quickly. He was very kind and explained the issues to me and even replaced my toilet seal at no charge. We will always be calling them for our plumbing needs.
