Vince is great, honest, fast and efficient. He has fixed our various plumbing issues for years. Most recently, he replaced our tankless hot water heater. He and his assistant had the old unit removed and the new one in, with code upgrades in a couple hours. They cleaned up very well. We are very happy with their work. Highly recommend them!

Reuben came and fixed the problem we were having with our drain. Not only that, he also explained the exact problem we were having and walked me through some steps to prevent any further issues. Get Reuben if you can!!!

We are purchasing our first home and during our inspection, the inspector said there may be issues with the sewer system. He told us that on a Sunday morning... So we frantically were calling plumbers to see who was available on a Sunday afternoon to come and inspect their lines with a camera. We called a bunch of places but nobody answered. That's all we got a hold of Rooter guys. I spoke with Joe and he told me he could make it out within an hour or two.

I met with Joe and Jeff. These two are very professional and quickly got to work with their camera and snake. Within 20 minutes they found out exactly what was wrong with the drain. There was a massive root that somehow penetrated the ABS pipe. They try to snake it but only got it partially cleared. This is great news for our negotiation to purchase the house. Without it, we would have never known there was a problem. So after we close the home. I'm definitely going to have them come back and fix the problem.

Joe and Jeff, you two are amazing and very comical as well. They make you feel like family rather than just a customer and that's very important. They didn't try to up-sell me anything and told me exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it.

Honestly, once we move into this house, you two are more than welcome back to have a beer with me and my fiance. You guys deserve it and are definitely going to be my plumbers for life.

Joe is super-responsive when you call. Our tankless hot water heater conked out & we needed hot waterright away as we had out of town guests staying at our house. Joe set up an appointment the next day, and sent Emil, his star technician. Emil & his co-worker showed up on time and installed the new heater in under 2 hours.

While he was at our house, I mentioned to Emil that we were having problems with our kitchen disposal. Emil checked it out, and determined the unit was shot. He proposed replacing the unit with a new one, which he went out & bought & installed the same afternoon. Two repairs in one day!

I feel very well served by Joe & Emil. They kept us in the loop with what was happening, and explained everything as they worked. I would definitely recommend them.
