The owner, Simon, is knowledgeable, responsible, and friendly. My wife and I have used this company for years and rely on them for all our tree pruning.

West Valley Arborists have been taking excellent care of my trees for years. They have also planted trees and relocated trees on my property. The way they trim and shape my trees demonstrates their skill as arborists. They also do an excellent job of removing and disposing of all the branches after they have completed the job. Every employee on our property has been prompt and courteous. We highly recommend them to care for your trees.

My brother-in-law recommended West Valley to us. We had a few trees that needed trimming/pruning. Simon came out and gave us a quote, explained what was needed and why. A few weeks later, Daniel came out to execute. Everyone was professional and personable. And we are happy with the work performed.

They did an excellent job of thinning, reviving and re-shaping the struggling magnolia and overgrown loquat trees. They also deep fertilized, and thoroughly cleaned. We use them annually.

I’ve used West Valley Arborist for tree removal in the past and called them about trimming and shaping several multitrunk Arbutus Trees ( Strawberry Trees). Simon provided a reasonable quote and the West Valley folks were able to support the job within a few days. 3 employees performed the excellent work. Foreman introduced himself to me and asked what I wanted with the trimming. Staff were careful around plants around the trees. Beautiful job and exactly what I wanted.

As always, West Valley Arborists arrived ontime, performed their work professionally and left wigh everything cleaned up and looking great!

Very professional and safe team. While here, they carefully protected whatever needed protecting down to ensuring they did not damage a header board while moving their heavy equipment around. They guys really care, do a good job, and clean up. Highly recommend

I recommend West Valley Arborists. A large oak tree was hanging over my house but I had received contradictory information in the past about what to do about the overhanging limbs. I was very comfortable with Simon’s solution and expertise. Ricardo, the crew lead, carried out Simon’s vision and the crew did an outstanding job. Not only does the tree look natural (not like it was just butchered) but the crew protected the property during the process and did a great clean up. I look forward to West Valley maintaining my Redwood and sycamore trees.

I feel horrible for giving this one star because the lady was very kind (at first). However, I took an expensive jacket here to have dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up there was a HUGE hole in the collar, it looked like it had been burned. The hole is about two to three inches wide. I took the jacket back, naturally, she said I brought it in that way. I had only worn the jacket one time. Also, due to the placement of the hole, it would have been impossible for me to cause....it’s on the back seam on the neck area, a very odd place. I knew she would not take credit so I didn’t want to keep going back and fourth. With that being said, I feel the need to write this review. I would try to avoid this place.

Kathy hemmed my dress to perfection! She is professional, friendly, and had the dress ready on schedule. She was also much more affordable than other tailors I've been to around Campbell and San Jose.
