Look no further than Yochim Plumbing! I had problems with clogged drains and the sewer access pipe. Mark and his team took care of it in a timely manner and at a fair and reasonable price. I will be recommending Yochim Plumbing to all of my friends and family. I spoke with them on a Sunday afternoon, they were here by 9 the next morning. Every plumber who entered my home was wearing a mask and had shoe covers on. They were very clean and polite. They fixed my leaking shower in no time, then went the extra mile to check our water pressure and make sure everything was what it was supposed to be. I’m so happy with the work they did. Thank you guys!

Wonderful Service from the beginning of our project to the very end. They were quick to get us scheduled and quick to complete the job. John came by to follow up and check the completed project and make sure everything was done properly. Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely use them in the future.

Oh my gosh...when it’s Saturday morning & I open the door going out to the garage & turn on the light...and I see I have a river of water flowing from my old water heater...I need to stop this flooding & I gotta get this fixed today!!! Luckily when Yochim Plumbing was out last year on a kitchen plumbing repair (which they did a fantastic job on) John with Yochim Plumbing asked if he could put one of Yochim’s water heater information stickers on our old water heater, as he said it helps to know what to do when the water heater eventually goes out. Glad he did. So when I walked over to my leaking water heater on Saturday, I just followed the shut off instructions on that sticker & then called Yochim Plumbing. Mark & Chris from Yochim Plumbing were at my house in no time and just did a fantastic job taking out the old water heater & installing a great new one. Always a relief to have great people working on your house and it felt like they were family talking to them. Just great people with Yochim Plumbing, from their dispatcher at their office to Mark & Chris doing the excellent installation job. Good to know who the good guys are when this plumbing stuff happens to you...that’s Yochim Plumbing!! Thanks again guys so very much! Will

John was great, he explained every step. He represents the company very well. My husband said John was very knowledgeable. Kyle worked well with John. I noticed how clean Kyle’s work was and he even made sure our extension cord was rolled up and placed on our porch! It’s the attention to details that make this family owned business better than the big companies, whom we called first and were appalled at the customer service provided by Mike Diamond.

I contacted Yochim Plumbing last week & the company’s responsiveness was extraordinary! Communication is very easy with Mark. He explained in detail the extensive nature of the job & kept me informed every step of the way . I initially found this company on Google Guaranteed , & the company has very excellent ratings on this site . I was told by a plumber friend of mine to visit this site when searching for a plumber; I’m glad I did. I feel very confident the work performed on my father’s home was done to perfection ! Highly recommend this company. They were helpful, came to my home the same day and quickly found the issue to stop the raining in my home. Edwin was very respectful, professional and very accommodating during repairs. Please get quotes from multiple companies and compare! Our first time hiring a plumber and had no experiences with it. YOCHIM was the first company we asked to come in for quote. The guy did a good good job fixing our stuff. But later after we talked to neighbors we realized we were over charged for DOUBLE the price!

I can see why customers give Yochim Plumbing 5-star reviews. Mark notified us when he was about to arrive, showed up on time, listened to what our issue was, explained the fix in detail, provided us with options and pricing, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was personable and friendly. When we requested if he could do a once over of our home for possible red flags, he obliged making recommendations, but never trying to sell us or push us into anything. He also adhered to COVID precautions throughout the entire process. To top off this review, he came back late the next day because we had a separate issue--he made sure it was taken care before he left. (First visit was to replace a water pressure regulator and second visit was to reset the pilot light in our water heater). Also, props to the rest of his team. The folks that handled the scheduling and communications (apologies I forgot their names, but remember the personable and friendly exchanges) and John, his colleague, who also had the same great approach. They are our go-to for any future plumbing issues.

Yochim Plumbing is awesome!!! I called them this morning to come take a look at a broken garbage disposal. The tech John was out the same day, and was able to fix the issue in about 30 minutes! Super professional and a great value for their service! Got a quote on a bigger project that I am looking to do in the next month or so, and will DEFINITELY be using Yochim for that job! These guys know their stuff!!

Yochim recently sold to another company. In the past they were great, timely, fair, kind, reliable. In my recent experience they quoted me an astronomical price for the needed repair. I said I would be willing to pay a price that was 60% less than the quote, and what I read to be the fair rate for the needed repair in CA. They immediately agreed to that price. Then they tried to convince me to replace my whole toilet which was clearly unnecessary. I feel like that is poor business practice. I imagine there is a little old lady who agrees to paying the over market rate because that was the quote. Secondly, since using them I get spam calls constantly for HVAC and more services. I would recommend you avoid. To their credit, then repair was done properly.

Great customer service start to finish. The dispatcher provided excellent customer service. Edwin was on time and took care of my issue quickly. He also was extremely professional and wore a mask. I’m so happy that I found our new plumbing company. Thanks, EDWIN!!!

I always look for companies with the idea of using them for the rest of my life. People that over charge, are rude, don't respond quickly or do a poor job just loose out on that lifetime of business. This very thing is what prompted me to look elsewhere and subsequently find Yochim Plumbing.

The representatives are courteous, personable and provide a professional service at a good price. (about a 1/3rd of what I was being gouged for previously!)

They took the time to address all my concerns after the experiences with the previous plumbing company. They engaged me to take part and watch the work they we're doing and answered all my questions.

Had a great experience using Yochim plumbing for my leaking sink. John Jacobson was very professional and honest from the time he came out to inspect the issue and through the completion of the job. Had a very pleasant experience with Yochim Plumbing. There was root blockage on our main which caused flooding in the house just an hour past midnight. No one responded to my desperate call except for Mark of Yochim. He arrived (with mask on) and his friendly, calm demeanor and great customer service skills made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant despite the circumstances. He gave us competitive rates and even offered to do the clean out on the side of the house. We were in the middle of a house remodel and with our kitchen all flooded, you can just imagine my disgust. Thank God no cabinets or appliances were installed yet! Mark overheard that we needed fans to dry the floors and so he offered to lend us the use of two of their fans for free. Saved us the cost of buying fans! Honestly, I’m very impressed with this company and their sincere desire to win the approval and favor of their clients. I hope they get more business just from people reading this post. Decent company and very reliable.

John & Kyle installed a tankless water heater at my home and it works great. John was very informative and him and kyle were extremely professional. Yochim beat out several competitive bids I received from other plumbers. In addition, they came out next day and spent most of the day installing it. These guys are hard workers but do a great quality job. I have used them before for other plumbing related issues. Jason came by a day or two after the tankless heater was installed because I was having a non-related back up in one of my toilets. They didn't even charge me for coming out for that additional support. They said they appreciated the working with me and would take care of the issue. This company is a family owned business with integrity. You won't be disappointed working with them.
