Mario was very professional and friendly. He didn’t try to up-charge me and was very upfront with what needed to be done. Very responsive and stayed late to make sure we had hot water for Christmas.

My water heater broke on a Friday night and I contacted Mario (owner) about getting it replaced. He gave a fair price and the following morning he came over and replaced the unit. I inquired about the costs with about a dozen different water heater specialists. Mario’s estimate was cheaper than most of his competitors and he was the only one available or willing to come next day (Saturday). Mario was very responsive with my questions and concerns. No problems whatsoever. Everything was straight forward and easy. We are very pleased with Mario’s work. He did a great job and left the area clean. Also, he was very nice and professional. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family when they need help with their water heater or plumbing needs.

Mario is the man! Unlike the big water heater companies, he didn’t try to rip me off and was fair and friendly throughout the process. He replaced and installed a new tankless water heater for us. I found him trustworthy and highly recommend him.

Called their office and spoke to Robin who was very nice on the phone. I was able to schedule immediate appointment on the weekend the same day. Their office called to let me know if their technician would be late. Technician, Jason, came on time and immediately found the original source of the leak and showed the problem. He was able to fix and repair the pipe on the same. Homeowners were very happy and satisfied that the repairs were completed on the same day.

Mark and Yochim Plumbing are easily the best service related company I've worked with since living in CA for 10 years. I've worked with many, so that's saying a lot. Mark's the first guy in this sort of field to treat my wife as an equal rather than a background prop. Very positive attitude and he very clearly loved the challenges of his job. Very cool.

The Yochim team is awesome! They arrived early, completed our home sewer inspection efficiently, leaving plenty of time to demonstrate the process and review the results with us, and they provided us with free booties and great tips for how to take good care of our system. LOVE THIS COMPANY! Knowledgeable, punctual, well-priced, and lovely.

John Jacobson came out to repair an issue under my sink within 20 minutes of my call to Yochim -- on a Sunday, and Mothers Day at that! He was SO nice, wore a mask and shoe protectors to keep our floor clean, and walked me through everything that went into the work. He also, very kindly, cleaned up under the sink for me (where it had gotten really messy and dirty) and went above and beyond in the repairs that he did. All of this to ensure that this issue doesn't happen again and to keep everything flowing as smoothly as possible. John was the best and he really deserves a raise!!
