Got a new tankless water heater and a repipe from the water heater to the kitchen faucet (we needed to move the lines). The guys were on time, texted a bit before they arrived and went straight to work. They gave us some time to prepare for a day without water, suggested filling a bucket (for the toilet), safely emptied and removed the old water heater. They installed the new tankless water heater, shared some maintenance tips, checked for leaks, checked hot and cold water temperatures and cleaned up after themselves, including removing all the old stuff. My husband can’t stop telling me what a great job they did!!!! Thank you John and Ian for EVERYTHING!!!

My wife and I had been looking around to upgrade our existing water heater and install a whole house water filter system. We had done our homework and felt pretty good we knew what was out there...what to get...what would be best for our house. Finding the right company to install, guys who knew what they were doing, knew the product was another challenge. When we heard about, met up with Chris at Yoichim Plumbing and had.a talk with him, we were confident we had found the company, the guy. His crew showed up on time, with everything needed and knocked out what was a pretty good size job in one day. They had to remove our old 50 gal tank water heater...modify our existing water and gas piping....run electrical lines to the new Tankless water heater.. Everything was upand running in one day. First day ever we had great tasting drinking water out of every faucet in our house. Hot water getting to our showers much quicker than before. We are totally thrilled with our new water filter and heater system. Yoichim was great with the pricing on materials and labor. Thank you!!

Very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend. Called around 7pm on a Friday night and once the job was logged I had Anthony the technician calling me within 15 minutes to say when he was arriving.

I have used Yochim a couple times after moving to Santa Clarita. I had a big kitchen remodel job, and after one of the big name brands ripped me off, decided to undertake most of the work myself. Eventually, I decided to use Yochim to finish installation for my own piece of mind repairing/installing my sewage pipes and also sweating some of the new copper plumbing I wanted installed, as I wasnt confident in my own work and wanted it done right before burying it under my new drywall. Jason and John did most of the work for me, along with some other guys (sorry, cant remember your names), and these guys were professional and did quality work. They ended up doing the work and charging me less than what my original quote was. That shows integrity and honesty. I am in the trades myself, and know good quality, and the fact that they did good quality work for their price point really left a good impression on me. Will definitely be using them for big plumbing jobs in the future.

The only complaint is that the stucco guy they recommended to patch some stucco didnt do the best job, but he was not employees by or related to Yochim, so cant really ding them for that.

The man fixed our frozen AC unit in no time. They told us what caused it and how to stop it from happening again. Service that is kind and competent. A lot of people say it's great.

Wow I do not understand how a company can make an appointment, not make it and does not call. Then when you call they says sorry were booked and we will call you next week to see when we can fit you in. Please don't waste your time with them. Like me I will find someone else you should too.

Idk what the other reviews are talking about, but from visiting experience, the workers were really helpful and communicated effectively. They helped fix my refrigerated equipment.

This company leaves a lot to be desired! I called them for a repair on a Refrigeration unit in our Hospital, They have POOR communication, as well as once they do show up, they do NOT communicate the outcome of their diagnosis! Then I tried to call them to see what they found, and their voice mail isn't even set up so you can't leave a message! Meanwhile the unit is still down and we have no idea what is going on... We will never use them again if I have something to say about it!

Don't bother, they're a complete waste of time. Very rude worker on the line- snappy, impatient, and seemingly always in a bad mood. Poor communication- last time they were here, they quoted us a ridiculous amount after performing work we weren't even told they were going to do until after it was already done. Sub-par work performed- we've called them for the same two units multiple times each and they're constantly having the same issues. If your manufacturer recommends them, ask them for someone else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired HALE REFRIDGERATION to repair my commercial ice machine, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish.

Unreliable Service: They showed up two hours late with no courtesy call.

Poor Communication: The technician barely explained anything and seemed rushed. When I asked questions, I got vague answers or blank stares.

Misdiagnosis: They “fixed” the machine, charged me five hundred and left. Within 24 hours, it broke again—and this time, it was worse.

Overpriced & Underqualified: I paid for a fix I never got. When I called to report the issue, they dodged responsibility and wanted to charge me again for a follow-up visit.

Customer Service Nightmare: Every time I called, I was put on hold or passed around. No accountability, no apology, no refund.

Bottom line: This company wasted my time, my money, and potentially cost me business. Don’t make the same mistake.

I had a disappointing experience with Hal Refrigeration. The service was delayed, and communication was lacking throughout the process. When the technician arrived—a bearded female—I was a bit surprised, not because of personal appearance, but because she seemed more focused on lecturing me about "woke workplace values" than fixing my refrigerator. I just wanted a professional, straightforward repair, but instead, I felt like I was part of a social experiment. The job eventually got done, but the overall experience left me frustrated. I won’t be calling them again.
