Was so honest. So fast and answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and was super honest with me about my issue. Although he was not able to fix my problem he helped me not pay soneone over $900 to fix a not fixable fridge. Hands down will only use this company for all of my future needs. Honesty and integrity is what I experienced with Damon !! Explained EVERYTHING and fixed my refrigerator in 45 min it works better than the day I bought it reasonably priced with a vast amount of knowledge and experience showed up on time (early actually) and was concerned about my appliance AFTER he left followed up on the repair and the appliance performance I will Always call him first in the future!!!

Once we walked into the store we felt very comfortable, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and to be honest it had some issues. What great service! Jose was here quickly and was amazing! He knew immediately what was wrong with my washing machine and fixed it right away. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ll definitely call him again when any of my appliances aren’t working right.

Great job repairing our washer! The guys were courteous, friendly, and communicated very clearly what needed to be fixed, what time they would be there to fix the washing machine, and how long the part would take to arrive. Would recommend using these guys again in a heartbeat!
