I am so grateful for my friend referral to use this company. Their technician came in the evening within 30 minutes after I placed a call and did his magic effectively that my machine worked again. I will call all my friends who own homes to use these company as I had a true customer service America forgot that it still exists.

Denis did a great job. Fixed our dryer and now it’s like new. Thank you. We definitely recommend him

I have had a broken dishwasher ever since I moved into my home about four months ago. It was only a little broken. The compartment that holds the detergent wouldn’t stay latched.

For a couple months I tried to work around it. I put the pod in the compartment and closed it without latching it. And then I just threw the dishwasher pod into the basin of the dishwasher. Finally, it became clear that it wasn’t working. My dishes weren’t getting clean and they also had a soapy film all over them.

I seriously considered buying a new dishwasher just because I’m new to the area and didn’t even know who to call. I did a Google search though and was connected to this business. I reached out and was put in touch with a repair man immediately. He checked in with me, and we found a good time for him to come by.

He was very flexible and open and positive. He visited and took care of the whole thing on the spot. Extremely professional, communicative, efficient and effective.

I’m so glad I have an appliance repair person to go out now! My dishwasher was older and he could easily have recommended that I just get it replaced. I’m glad I’ll get to enjoy some more of its lifetime though before consigning it to the trash. That’s a better environmental decision anyway!

Eric, a very skilled technician, recently came to fix my Miele dishwasher. He was extremely knowledgeable kind and professional. He was honest with what the situation entailed and hardworking at troubleshooting and fixing the problem. I would use and recommend Eighty Eight premium services for all of my repair needs!

Awesome service! Came out less than a day after we called.

Quick, reliable service. Appreciate the communication and patience, thank you Denis

Dennis came out for my washing machine. He checked everything out and discovered I needed a new water valve. He came back a few days later. I could only come home during my lunch hour and was willing to work his schedule to accommodate my time constraints. He was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repair person.
