Perfect assistance - came on a Saturday, was on time, honest, thorough. Gave us the straight scoop on the repair and offered to refund if it doesn’t do the trick and we end up needing a new fridge. I highly recommend.

I put in an inquiry Saturday night, received a call Sunday morning with an available tech to come out between 12-3pm on a Sunday. Tech got here before 2pm and was finished by 230pm repairing my dryer. Replaced rollers, belt, pulleys, the door switch and did a quick service check. Denis was very professional and efficient showing me the new parts before repair and the broken parts after repair. Cost was very fair considering all the repairs needed and it would have cost more than double for a new dryer. I am very satisfied and if the need comes up for another appliance repair I will definitely use their services again. Thank you Denis I’d give you 10 stars if I could!!!

Good service

Bought some appliances from Clovis Appliance and they recommended I call Custom Appliance Installation (they gave me their card), but I was told to leave a voicemail and they would get back to me within 2 weeks. Called on May 22nd and left a message, no response. Called a second time on June 24th and STILL have not gotten a response.

Wasted half of my day trying to do something he said could be done.
