My warranty company sent them out. Come to find out i was way over charged for what was not covered. He replaced my leaking filter with a new one. This one leaked worse. It took almost a year to get the new parts. With a bunch if excuses! Then when he put new parts on it still leaked! When i finally got a call back. He told me it was my problem the time had run out on the claim and to deal whit the company he had bought the filter from! After several attempts to call during that year to him. It was an awful experience! He seemed very nice but that doesn't fix my pool! I had vintage pools come out and fix my pool. They did a great job fixing his mistakes. I would never use their company and i dont suggest you do either! He charged me about 200 more than he should to replace one pvc pipe.

We have used Aqua Bright a few times and Ian never fails to amaze me. The first time my sand filter went out and he checked it, ordered the replacement and had it installed so quickly! Then today he replaced my pump. I 100% trust his work! He is so friendly and can fix it all! I won’t let anyone work on my pool or spa but Aqua Bright. This is the best company I’ve ever had. They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable about everything and do the best work! I’m so happy that we found them. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Aqua Brite Pools was sent out to us by our home warranty company & I was a little bit concerned by some of the negative reviews left by others but Zachary was very knowledgeable, found our issue & was able to fix our booster pump in a matter of minutes after 2 other companies said we needed to completely replace the whole unit. He was professional & took the time to explain everything to my husband & answer all of his questions. There were some changes in schedule but that didn't bother us as we're business owners & we know unexpected things happen. Thank you for getting our sweeper back up and running!

Jonathan was GREAT! Showed up when promised. Took the time to listen to my non-technical explanation of the issue, installed the new pump and left the area in as good of condition as he found it (maybe better). Sorry it was a rainy day for him but it didn’t stop the good quality of work he performed.. I would certainly recommend Aqua BRITE to others.

Ryan was great, super helpful in identifying our hot tub’s electric issue, and explaining everything to us so we understood the next steps to take.

This is how they install your new pump then try and charge you $1200 for it.. also tried to tell me my timmer was bad.. turns out the timmer was fine they are just really bad at doing electrical work.. if you happen to choose this place to install anything (and not sure why you would) make sure you call an electrician to assist them or youll be sorry..

I typically don't write reviews, particularly negative ones because it could have just been a bad day, but my experience with Aqua Brite was awful. Much the same story as others, they were assigned to us through the home warranty company to check out our pool pump. Aqua Brite never responded to the service request or my multiple direct calls for follow-up. Three weeks later they were queued back through the warranty system and out of the blue scheduled an appt. for the next day - window being 10am-4pm. After rearranging my work schedule last minute, I waited for Ethan to show up, which he did near 4pm. He greeted me with "Hi Dear", said that Aqua Brite doesn't contract with First American anymore (what?!), and proceeded to walk towards the pool and ask about the breaker. He couldn't find the button to turn the pool pump on and gave my husband attitude over the phone when I called to ask for clarity on the breaker. Ethan threatened to just "walk away" and cancel the appointment which I was fine with because he did exactly zero diagnostic work. Overall a really horrible experience. It's a shame that they are the ONLY pool contractor with First American. Save yourself the time definitely ask for an outside contractor for any pool repairs you may have. 0 stars.

Andre was very helpful and tried to help me as much as he possibly could. My home warranty company ultimately denied the claim for my spa, but that’s a reflection of the home warranty company and not Aqua Brite. It seems that home warranty companies are in the business of denying claims instead of covering them. Andre tried his best and I very much appreciate his communication and his efforts.

I was initially hesitant when my home warranty assigned Aqua Brite Pools due to some mixed reviews I’d seen online, but my concerns quickly disappeared once Johnny arrived for the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue with my pool pump and clearly explained the next steps in the process. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond by answering additional questions I had about my overall pool system, even though they weren’t related to the initial service request. A few weeks later, Johnny returned with a brand-new pump and completed the installation efficiently, with a perfect match to the original setup. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were top-notch. I’ll definitely be using Aqua Brite Pools again in the future. Thank you, Johnny, for the excellent service!

This has to be the most unprofessional person who has cleaned my carpet yet. Upon arrival, he refused to put on any type of booties to cover his shoes. He claimed this would’ve been an issue, but that is completely false. He claimed it would affect the outcome. What a load of bs, this has always been done with previous carpet cleaners. He acted as if it was odd what we were requesting. I suggested putting house shoes on and instead of just giving a straightforward answer, he took his time and was thinking and was really Indecisive. I felt like we were dealing with a teenager more than an adult. I had to get to the point and tell him are you going to or not, we have to leave out of town soon. My husband had asked the cleaner if we can vacuum before the carpet cleaning process. To my horror, the cleaner said that it is not necessary to vacuum the carpet before carpet cleaning! If you know anything about carpet cleaning, you know that it is very important to vacuum your carpet thoroughly before even attempting to put a solution or a carpet cleaning machine on it. It can create messy residue, and it makes the cleaning solution less effective and create a muddy patchy result. I was completely shocked that somebody who claims they are professional would even make that type of claim. I told my husband we are going to vacuum and out of nowhere this guy decided to say he was going to take off. I’m so happy that we did not have him carpet clean our carpet after all. He was very naïve and ignorant to these kinds of important details. Being 15 years in the game does not mean anything when you have this type of unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. The unwillingness to cooperate and put the customer first was already a red flag. It seemed to me he was just trying to rush the process and get a quick buck instead of treating our floors with the utmost respect and professionalism. Once he decided to claim That you don’t have to vacuum with the final straw. There are other professional carpet, cleaners out there who will work with you and respect your house wishes and rules. We finally got our floors done from aroma carpet cleaning. They were super professional respect our house wishes they went above and beyond, and even said the customer has to be respected on how they want their house to be treated and they wore shoe booties. It was worth the wait and I will go back to Aron’s. Choose wisely people I would not go to this person if you’re looking for a thorough detailed carpet cleaner who focuses on high standards on cleaning and sanitation.
