I called and asked to be put on the schedule for AC and heating service. I told them that I was not in any hurry that anytime on into the future was fine...no emergency at all. They said...sorry, we won't schedule anyone now we're too busy. Again I explained that I was in no hurry...anytime would be fine...they refused to even put me on their schedule!!! So much for these guys...they're off my list and being in a rural area...they will probably soon be off a lot of lists out here!!! I get it though...they don't care!

They installed a unit on the house and it is still under warranty. It developed a leak and they ordered a part and fixed it. 16 days later it stopped working again. It has another leak. The part will take 6-10 business days to get. This is the modern world, you can get anything overnighted. But they will not budge so in the middle of July we do not have AC. They won't return our calls. This weekend is forecast 102, 106, 102. I will not recommend Johnson Air for anything.

Have used Johnson Air for past 10 years for my rental units. Have always had great service. Replaced part on air conditioner....new thermostat on another properly and general service. Mike is great.

They are completely unprofessional and lie . I reported ac fan issue Technician come check and said everything is normal which was NOT normal. Also he stated that my ac unit 10-15 years under warranty nothing needs to worry. If i ever feeling like fan noise is so loud i can call them back again. I called after few years when someone specialist come in my house and noticed same issue which already had been issue from the starting and had been reported already. I was like i already reported this same issue this company told me its normal. I called back Amy and Mike. They were super argumentative and said they do not care what technician promised or told to customer. They said they do not cover the same issue or problem under warranty and they do not care what their technician told and advices the customer. And asked if i have any document or proof that their technician told me 😂. What a unprofessional question.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR TECHNICIANS WHAT THEY ARE ADVISING AND PROMISING UNLESS IN WRITING. THEY LIES TO CUSTOMERS JUST THROW WORDS. WHEN COMES TO REPORT SAME PROBLEM AGAIN THEN THEY WILL screw u over by saying that this is not under warranty. The same issue that previously reported.

I tried to contact them on facebook after answering that The integrity and truthfulness is very important they told me, that its supper important for a company. Then they will block you instead owning what they promised without even checking what is covered under warranty and what is not covered under warranty.
Replied to First replied:DO NO SAY MISUNDERSTANDING. There is none misunderstanding involved. Communication was done clearly in the past when technician who came.
1. Why the issue was not resolve at the first attempt ?
2. Why you guys disabled facebook chat ?
3. Why you guys not resolving the same issue which was reported already ?
4. Mike hung up on me and was super rude and unprofessional. You guys just like to throw under the buss with no resolution for the product you provide and under the warranty.

Had a wonderful experience with Johnson Air that I had to leave a review. Our unit quit on us during a heat wave, and they were extremely knowledgeable, kind, fast, and efficient. In 110 degree weather Patrick the service tech was seriously great. Worked with such a positive attitude and with a smile on his face despite the extreme heat. We also spoke with another Patrick F. in management who went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of and went the extra mile. 1000/10 for both of those guys!! I can’t say enough amazing words about them and they got a forever client out of us.

Extremely reliable and honest company. Mike was absolutely fantastic in giving me an honest estimate for the work required to replace my old thermoset which had stopped working with smart thermostats for a 4 zone system. Patrick was equally great with performing his job and helping me with the app. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC service you need. Reliable and efficient.

Another good job received from Nelson's plumbing. Came out on time didn't have to wait for them to arrive and installed brand new shower fixtures that they ordered before hand. Highly recommend this company.

My technician Michael Laughlin was very thorough in his inspection of my AC system. Upon completion he took the time to show me photos of the system and explained each photo. In the future if possible I would like to continue having Michael service my system.

He was timely, and did a great job. There was a stain that we couldn't get out, but it was no problem for him. We will be using him again.

Jarod does amazing work! He gets back to us in a timely fashion, is accommodating with our schedule, and his work is efficient and long-lasting. We have dogs, so each time he cleans our carpets, we request pet odor cleaning care. He uses products that are both safe for our dogs and work well. His pricing is a good value and reasonable for what we request.

Tayde was very helpful and knew what the problem was right away to fix the AC. Service was quick and professional. I'm glad we went with Lee's!

As soon as Marc came to my company to look at the office addition, I knew this was the right contractor to work with. I recommend this business for your stucco needs. Prompt service and the employee, Jimmy, that he sent to make the repair was so pleasant, efficient and skilled. The price was very reasonable. Damon knows LG refrigerators and is one of the only, and certainly one of the best to call when you have problems with yours. After speaking with him on the phone, he had a pretty good idea of what it would take to fix my LG Refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.

He showed up on time with the parts he needed. Got to work, cleaned up, showed me a few tips to keep the machine in good working order and even replaced the water filter.

A trustworthy guy who knows his stuff!

Pablo was quick to respond to texts. He struggled with having a time frame for our initial consult, but after explaining I would like a text prior to his arrival, he was able to accommodate. His proposal was within the same budget as other companies, but his expected time of completion was months ahead of his competition. His crew did a great job on our yard and they cleaned up well. We are very happy with how the project turned out. We would have him work on our yard again!

Highly satisfied with their service. They removed all the weeds, removed and leveled the dirt / yard, which is exactly what I requested. The whole area looks so much cleaner and ready for the next step in landscaping. They were professional, hardworking, and kept in contact with me before, during, and after the project. AAA Roofing replaced the roof on my house and garage. They completed the job in a week. The roof looks great and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

This is the new plumbing company I will be using from now on. Family owned with owners involved every step of the way. I used them two other times and they met or surpassed my expectations. I have been fortunate to have Nathanial come out for a service call in the past and this most recent visit brought Angel, the owner. These are the type of people you want to be doing business with.

Had our system back up and running fast. What i thought that was wrong with the system was not really the problem. I will be recommending to all that I know.
