We have had our bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and living area expanded and remodeled by WBE, Inc. We have not had any issues and it's been over three years since our work was complete. We are totally satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. The updated home has been such a pleasure for our family to enjoy. I would recommend WBE to any of my friends that are considering an update or remodel or expansion to their existing home.

The best you'll find in the Central Valley. Marc gives custom and unique details with the absolute best quality. Very responsive via text/call/email. He can handle everything from the smallest job, to complete new builds.

Excellent firm. Very professional and competent. Small company doing big things. Would highly recommend them for any type of surveying services you may need.

Hands Down, this guy does a great job. When he first came out to the house he listened to what I had wanted and was willing to do everything we asked for. He is easy to work with and I would recommend him to ALL my friends.
He converted my front yard to a more drought resistant landscape. Removed the grass, added cement steps, boulders, cobble, crushed rock and landscape lights. He also converted my irrigation system over to a soaker system and we are using less water.
My yard looks great! Thanks Joe!! -
I wish I had photos of work Mr. Parker did of our backyard landscape, but I don't have any because Mr. Parker DENIED us a site visit and estimate right from the get go. We called him and he said he refuses to do business with us simply based on our cross streets! We are in southeast Fresno. There are many beautifully landscaped homes in our area. I don't know Mr. Parker personally, but I hope he's not the pretentious snoot that he made himself sound like. If you need a landscaping contractor in southeast Fresno (or anywhere south of Herndon Ave for that matter), save yourself a heartbreak - do not call this company.

I have worked with FutureHome since 2002. I have a large home and yard; they needed to wire the entire house and my backyard, put in speakers, and establish a home entertainment center.
They were very thorough, efficient, well prepared, and caring. When I noticed that the sound was originally a little flat to my liking, they came in and made adjustments without question or complaint.
Since that original work, I've bought another two flat screen TV's and a piece of furniture through them.
I highly recommend them. -
I must say, I was very disappointed with the services I received from McPheeters & Assoc., given the fact that I DID my research. They were not the cheapest bid I received, but right in the middle. I figured they were worth a shot ...
Well, the reason residential properties would even consider a land surveyor is because you are having property line issues with your neighbors. So, they come out and tell you exactly where your property line lies. Yup! Not the case!! They came out, did their thing, and the land surveyor was in too much of a hurry to answer all my questions because he had to pick up his Grandson from school.
So, when I followed up with questions regarding the property line, I receive an unprofessional attitude and a spiel saying: WE CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT TP DO! Ummmm, hello!! Yeah! You CAN'T tell me what to do, but you can sure make certain the property line markers are placed correctly!! I'm paying for a service that is NOT cheap!! You can STOP with the attitude.
That is NOT to mention that when I finally get the owner to come out, sure enough! They confirm that the first line was measured wrong. However, by then, the mason had already dug the holes to put up my fence wall!!
WHAT does this all mean??!! A huge cost to me as the owner because my wall is built 8-inches short of my property line AND front column was torn down based on the FIRST measurements McPheeters' provided. When placing a permanent wall, I assure you, all this matters!!
To top matters off, the front portion was measured incorrectly, so bushes were not removed because we relied on the measurements McPheeter's first provided!! So, my fence wall is going to ZIG-ZAG ...
Now, they did accept the fact that they made a mistake and placed NEW markers telling us where everything should be. Well, guess what?! We don't have the money to go thru and pay for the additional labor required to put our fence exactly where it belongs!! As it is, it's an expensive project!!
The owner did offer to deduct something off my bill. In order to be fair and show a good-faith, I told her to deduct what she believes to be fair ... She only deducted $500, even though the property line and fence are not in-sync BECAUSE they measured wrong the first time around.
I understand mistakes happen, but they HAVE TO improve on their customer service skills. If we hire professionals to do the job, it's BECAUSE WE don't know, so we rely on them. There shouldn't be DO-OVERS when it comes to land surveying.
My recommendation? Go with a different firm. It doesn't really help to have $500 knocked off an invoice when you're left with a bigger mess than when you started and the invoice is still expensive ...
And I hate to place such a negative review because small businesses rely on the community. However, as consumers, WE need to also know whom we're dealing with.Official response from representative 19.05.2025 21:54Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Although this project was completed over a decade ago, we sincerely regret that the outcome caused frustration. This was a rare case involving a measurement error, and we truly appreciated that you contacted us at the time. It gave us the opportunity to revisit the site, correct the boundary markers, and offer a reduction in fees as a good-faith effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. Excellent people, nice job, never disappoint you. I usually deal with Ian and Scott. Other people have also done jobs, and always to our satisfaction. They have set up our home theater with drop down large screen in the large family room, shutters also drop and make it a dark at any given time of the day. In our previous home we had a separate room for theater which became boring after a month and no one wanted to sit there alone. Now, we can watch movies, or games with lots of friends and family together. The sound system is phenomenal. The projector was found after extensive research because of the long distance to screen, to maintain the brightness and resolution. Interestingly a military consultant who had worked in the Gulf knew of a Swedish company which made the largest commercial projectors. Which led to a problem of extreme heating and burning of the projection bulbs. So Ian's innovation worked and a very large number of fans had to be installed, but still projector was too big and hot to be kept in the closet which was made for numerous components, too many to name. With advanced technology and thanks to Future Homes advanced and planning before even the house was built ten years later all we do is call them every year to add the new technology, such as streaming. Thanks to Apple, Roku, and hopefully Fiber-optic wiring we may have wireless system everywhere. Since everything in this world has to die, it's very upsetting when one thing or another stops working. But, our guys almost always come within few days and replace or upgrade the part. Interestingly in our 10,000 sq ft home with only two people we have two very large curved TV installed, one of which is in a sitting area for my wife, and another in an Exercise Room. The slots for the TVs were also made during plans.
The guys have become our friends over the years.
