We just finished having our windows and gutters cleaned. They look fantastic! Branden (owner) of Window Wizard came out within 30 min to give us a quote. Very easy to work with and professional. Automated reminder texts for appts, etc. We called a bigger company who required a min service $$ at time of quote, which we weren't interested in. His quote was much more reasonable in comparison to bigger company, he was meticulous, and enjoyable to have around. We have a large house with A LOT of windows and gutters and he tackled without any issue. He went around the whole house himself at the end to see any issues in different lighting, and then took me around so I could see if I saw anything needing attention (which I didn't). Very helpful, professional, reasonable! Highly recommend and will definitely use Branden/Window Wizard again. :)

Michael and his crew responded prombly to my need for weed removal and yard clean up and did a Great Job. I'll be calling him back for more landscaping needs in the near future.

I'm generally paranoid when it comes to hiring a contractor to work on my property. I'm happy to say that I found Peter to be professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I liked Peter's transparency. With respect to pricing, he's fair. As a property owner you worry about the person you contract. Based on my experience, I can tell you that your property is in safe hands with Peter.

My understanding is he's new to the area so I'm pretty sure he'll be booked up soon, consider yourself lucky if he you can lock in his rates this early.

They didn't pay me. They said it wasn't like recycling cans.

I brought in 3 computers: 2 i3s and 1 i5. Their website gives the impression that I'd be paid $44 for that alone. I brought some speakers, cables, wires, etc. too. A friend of mine said they paid her well so I chose this place. The guy just said they don't pay for drop offs and was like "thanks bye."

Second, like many other reviews, I thought this was open throughout the week. I loaded up my stuff on a Sunday to drop it off Monday. I reread the website and called and realized they're only open on Sat 10am - 2pm, so I left the stuff in my car. I looked up other places, but I thought the compensation was worth the wait. Just got a text from my friend as I'm typing this; they paid her decent.

Called, left a message never received a call back, have since hired another contractor who is responsive. I mentioned that I had left a message with this company at the granite store, and was told "yes he will never call you back". That isn't a good sign. If you are busy that is wonderful for you, however you should take the 5 minutes to return someones call, its the polite thing to do.

Don't pay attention to the old reviews, new owner and service manager. Bought a fireplace here about 3 years ago, never worked correctly. After they changed out my remote 3 times my calls were just ignored. New service manager personally came out to help. Unit was never installed correctly by the previous people and took a couple of hours to correct. Fireplace works perfect now, you won't go wrong here.

BAD SERVICE! A contractor is hired to install your new stove, after that you're left with inexperienced techs, rude customer service and even an owner that won't stand behind his business. My stove had one issue and now has several. This is a business that has caller id so they can screen and not take your calls because they don't know how to fix your problem. They had no problem taking credit card payment for both parts and labor before services rendered. Nothing to be proud of here.

Garret is truly a great contractor. Precise, thoughtful and does GREAT work. I highly recommend him. He installed a granite counter top in my kitchen. A few bumps along the way but he solved them all. Island looks amazing!!

I think this man knows everything about glass there is to know!!! Love the knowledge that is something that is lacking within businesses these days. He came to my house, and laid all options out to me. Can't wait to order my glass top for my table. We are only waiting because we are moving in 2-3 weeks and don't want the headache of moving the glass.

Christian is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. We just bought a house in the area and called to have our wood stove cleaned. he took the time to explain how the chimney sweep services work, why and how often is necessary to do it. I'm glad I will be educated on how our stove works and how best to care for it. He even told me I may not need to pay full price that he'll first do an inspection to determine if a cleaning is necessary or not. He went out of his way to accommodate an appointment to my schedule. He He came and did a very professional and thorough inspection job and cleaning job. He explains everything about the functioning and upkeep of our stove. He looked at our wood and gave us an estimate of how long it will take for us to require a new service. And the next day he followed by bringing me some bricks that he had extra and I was missing. I would really recommend hiring Christian for your next service, and I am I'm sure we will be using his services again

We bought an old cabin and had a new insert installed but they didn't install a proper chimney chase cover. We were worried about potential snow fall building up on the chimney so we called Christian and he came out to assess the situation right away.

He order and installed a new custom chimney chase cover before the snow hit and made sure everything was done to code. We were really thankful for his speed and flexibility to help us out.

The team at Hi-Tech Homes was very professional and came out to our
home, scoped out the installation and provided up with various options.

They were able to work with our schedule, and did all the measurements
and identified/labeled all the appropriate locations for the equipment and
did an excellent job. Once the equipment was installed, they provided us
with the training to manage it.

We are very happy customers of theirs and have enjoyed working with
them.

I used another service to wire my home for audio/visual in 2008. In 2012, I called Hi Tech to fix what the first installers had done and convert an extra room I had into a theater room. They replaced and reorganized the existing equipment. When they were done, everything sounded, looked, and worked much better. Any time I have a question or some equipment that a needs programming (usually at night), someone at Hi Tech will respond to a message or late-night email as soon as they open. All the techs that come to the house are professional and knowledgeable. The management team is straightforward and experienced. I highly recommend them if you are considering upgrading your equipment or movie-watching space.

I have been dealing with Hi-Tech homes for over 12 years they have done two homes, a pool house with Control4, alarm and cameras. I have also added cameras in three locations of my business. Chris always takes care of me and Chad has even been known to respond to my emails on the weekends. A few years back I moved my alarm service in all three locations of my to them as well. We have been really happy and they take good care of us. I have recommended them many times and haven't ever been disappointed. Give Chris a call at Hi-Tech Homes and he will take care of you.

In my dealings with the staff at Hi-Tech they have been very accommodating and very professional. Any time I need assistance they have been able to work with my schedule. Chris and Chad both are an asset to the company. I have referred other people to them and the level of service provided to them has been outstanding. Good work guys!

No customer service, you don't ever get a live person. I've been trying to contact them for a week. Go somewhere else where your money's worth. Sucks for me that Leo Wilson had recommended them and I already paid for their service in advanced.
