Getting a fire place insert was a top priority as we moved into our home in the beginning of the winter season. Robert was such pleasure to work with - so professional and extremely knowledgeable. We went into this expecting delays and potentially a long drawn out process, but it was everything but! Highly recommend Robert, and the entire Ponderosa team if you're looking to get a fire place insert!

We purchased our home a full year ago, and I have been so overwhelmed by the idea of decorating. We have a toddler, an infant, and a dog, and finding pieces that fit our lifestyle is difficult for me. I was referred to Liana Home Design by a friend and within my first conversation with Kristie, I was immediately at ease. Kristie asked great questions, really got to know my family's needs and the way we live in our home, and was able to pinpoint our starting point in beginning to furnish our home. Kristie sources pieces that worked for our home, as well as our budget, gave me ideas and options to help me choose, but was patient and never pushy. I have actually enjoyed the process of decorating our home and no longer feel overwhelmed by it. Kristie is talented, caring, patient, and resourceful. Liana Home Design has gone above and beyond and I will recommend this company to anyone!

Im deeply disappointed in the design they have in the kitchen with the microwave and the stove, it is to close together and does not allow for stirring if you have a large pot. Customer service is not helpful. I spoke to tabitha who is the worst she stays on the phone silent and says nothing. for a moment I thought she hung up the phone. Westerra homes are a low rating for me. They need to change the design asap because eventually there will be more complaints.

We have been struggling to find a good Handyman in Clovis/Fresno for a while now. Look no further. T is first class in efficiency, quality of work, timeliness and great value for money. Can't recommend him enough. We will use him for all future tasks.

What a joke of a company. First, the service tech was an hour and a half late with no call. When we called to check, was told it would be even longer. When he FINALLY arrived he did nothing. Said how dirty the chimney was (which was told to the scheduler). Attempted to light the pilot but said he couldn't, although I was miraculously able to get it lit. They gladly took our $200 and did nothing that was promised upon scheduling the appointment. Didn't clean the chimney. Didn't clean the interior of the insert. We were told the owner would have to call us. No calls. Shocker. Have made several calls since then with no return calls. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!!

Brandon did a great job cleaning our gutters. He was on time and communicated clearly throughout the process from appointment to job completion. I will use him to clean our windows next. I appreciate his professionalism.

I am completely disappointed in the lack of service that we received from Ponderosa hearth and home since new ownership. Although it took a little while to finally get an appointment to have somebody come out and clean our fireplace, the service man gladly accepted the check for payment, even though the fireplace was not working. He informed us that we needed a new burner and would get back to us. We have called multiple times and even multiple times in one day to try to get somebody to return our call. All of this has been going on since December 6, 2019.

They are great. Came to our house and not only cleaned the chimney but also gave us thorough instructions about how to use our heatalator. An inexpensive repair was recommended but rather than overcharging he showed us what was needed.

Will use them again

This is am update to my earlier review. The owner made it right! He had the service manager call and apologize. They ordered the required part and today they installed it and did not charge us anything for labor -- their way of making up for our inconvenience. I have upgraded my rating from one star to four.

Island Tile is FANTASTIC. Not only are they reasonably priced, they deliver high quality work ON TIME. They've redone our kitchen and bathroom and we'll definitely be hiring them again in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Was very pleased with Brent, very nice and kept in communication. Called another company about fixing my sliding glass door and they quoted me a much higher price then Brent, they also gave me a time frame of around 3 weeks to have the glass measured, ordered and replaced. Brent came out and measured the glass and it was installed within a matter of days! Would definitely use him again.

My wife and I found Brandon's company on Yelp. His reviews were all 5 stars from his established clients. We emailed him for an estimate on solar panel cleaning and he promptly responded. He has a discount maintenance program that was so reasonable for twice a year cleaning. We met Brandon today for our first panel cleaning. He arrived early which worked fine for us. He is an extremely personable young man, very pleasant personalty, with a very nice smile and handshake. He answered all our questions, and even took the extra time to give us an estimate for window cleaning. Our solar panels are glistening!!! He even showed us before and after pictures of his work. We are more than pleased with Brandon's excellent work, and will be utilizing his services in the future.

Michael is great!! We needed him on short notice, he not only quoted us fast but was out to our property the next morning! Definitely keeping his contact handy just in case we need him again in the Real Estate transaction!! Thanks again Michael, we really appreciate it!

ASK FOR MARTIN AVILES best man for the job! ... never did I imagine the process of buying a Tuff Shed would be so easy. He really knows his stuff. No wonder he is top 10 in a 48 state wide company with thousands of employees. Thanks!

We just finished having our windows and gutters cleaned. They look fantastic! Branden (owner) of Window Wizard came out within 30 min to give us a quote. Very easy to work with and professional. Automated reminder texts for appts, etc. We called a bigger company who required a min service $$ at time of quote, which we weren't interested in. His quote was much more reasonable in comparison to bigger company, he was meticulous, and enjoyable to have around. We have a large house with A LOT of windows and gutters and he tackled without any issue. He went around the whole house himself at the end to see any issues in different lighting, and then took me around so I could see if I saw anything needing attention (which I didn't). Very helpful, professional, reasonable! Highly recommend and will definitely use Branden/Window Wizard again. :)

Great, friendly service! Reasonable prices and our windows look great! Even got some extra tips on how to prevent spots on shower glass! Will definitely use again and recommend!

Michael and his crew responded prombly to my need for weed removal and yard clean up and did a Great Job. I'll be calling him back for more landscaping needs in the near future.

We had Mr Toth build 100 feet of fence including a 2 foot retaining wall. It came out perfect, we couldn't be happier. It took him two days and when finished it was perfect. Thank you

I'm generally paranoid when it comes to hiring a contractor to work on my property. I'm happy to say that I found Peter to be professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I liked Peter's transparency. With respect to pricing, he's fair. As a property owner you worry about the person you contract. Based on my experience, I can tell you that your property is in safe hands with Peter.

My understanding is he's new to the area so I'm pretty sure he'll be booked up soon, consider yourself lucky if he you can lock in his rates this early.

They didn't pay me. They said it wasn't like recycling cans.

I brought in 3 computers: 2 i3s and 1 i5. Their website gives the impression that I'd be paid $44 for that alone. I brought some speakers, cables, wires, etc. too. A friend of mine said they paid her well so I chose this place. The guy just said they don't pay for drop offs and was like "thanks bye."

Second, like many other reviews, I thought this was open throughout the week. I loaded up my stuff on a Sunday to drop it off Monday. I reread the website and called and realized they're only open on Sat 10am - 2pm, so I left the stuff in my car. I looked up other places, but I thought the compensation was worth the wait. Just got a text from my friend as I'm typing this; they paid her decent.
