After dropping off my equipment, I found my device active in another part of Fresno. After speaking with a representative at the company, he explained to me that on occasion, they sell their equipment rather than recycle it. That any data should have been wiped and that any misunderstanding of what happens with the equipment is my fault. Be aware that this isn't necessarily a recycle facility, they can resell your equipment.

Garrett does a great job. He's a little slow in terms of response times - but once he gets started he's fast and reliable and the the outcome is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

This company did an awesome job! He was very quick, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like a lot of companies do. He was even nice enough to help me with my electric fire place and didn't charge me a dime for it. He's very professional and an all around good guy!

Last Thursday 10/14 I damaged our French Door from edging. Called up Brent who was receptive, friendly, and professional. Had the door boarded up, then he quoted Friday 10/22 for the part, but then surprised us by coming today Wednesday 10/20 and installed the glass with ease. I highly recommend Major League Glass & Mirrors. If you get in a pinch like I did call up Brent!

The previous reviews about Brent are true: this is a man who is the best at what he does, while being communicative and personable. My two toddlers were cheering Brent on as he fixed our large, 20+ years old window with ease. If everything were this easy, life would be so...easy. Thank you, Brent, for all that you do. We will recommend you time and time again.

We just had the most wonderful experience when George from Ponderosa came to our home to service our fireplace insert. We are very reluctant to invite anyone into our home who we don't know but George made us feel comfortable. He is such a respectful, friendly and pleasant young man who is very polite, as well. His parents did a great job! We appreciated that he was punctual - right on time when they told us he'd arrive. He laid out his work tarp and went right to work leaving no mess at all. He answered any and all questions we asked and made us feel confident that he knew what he was doing. He was great and patient about explaining things, too. After he completed his job and left our home, I called his employer and told him that George deserves a raise or at least a bonus. George is a keeper -- a gem of an employee. We are two happy customers because of him.

I saw a neighbor having a project built in his backyard one morning and I walked over and talk to two very nice men who worked for pro patio they gave me a brochure and the next day I called as I really needed a patio cover due to my home not being built with one and the afternoon heat was hard in the living room and kitchen I spoke to this really nice individual named Mike who happened to be the owner of the Business, I made an appointment and they came out within a few days , gave me a quote and built the most beautiful structure ever I cannot tell you how happy I am with the craftsmanship of my new patio, the look and feel of it and how much it changed the look of my patio, more importantly everything was wonderful from start to finish the staff are very professional and very nice and finished my patio very quickly which surprised me , I felt the price they charged was very fair and I've had neighbors asked to look at my patio and we're absolutely floored with how beautiful it turned out and the price that was paid as they had paid more with other companies with less beautiful workmanship, I am very happy to have this patio and it's wonderful to sit outside and relax with a glass of wine, thank you pro patio for taking such great care of me

I used VQ last year for small repair, and now I used him for my entire house. HE REDASHED my stucco house, looks great!!! VQ always answers his phone, reasonable price, great work. If you have stucco, don't paint redash stucco with color of your choice. Done all in one day!!!!

I was referred to this company by a friend who used the company and was quoted $60.00 per hour.
That's clearly not the case! I waited 2 weeks with a designated time. Robert and crew (2) arrived 4 hours early, then quickly looked at my 7 month old couch which my father sat on for only a month prior to hospitalization and unfortunately he passed away.
Because he was early and I had a lot of other maintenance crew in place I didn't really look at the contract which was pushed in my face. I signed the agreement as I was overwhelmed at the time. The crew came in (left a dirty floor although they had a large tarp) and was gone within less than an hour. The couch was visibly dripping wet! two days later it's still damp!

His fee was 244.00 dollars!

I spoke with my friend who referred and she was shocked at the price! I decided to reach to Robert who had given me his card and said I am disappointed in the cost and he response was "well you signed the agreement ".
I suspect I was paying for 2 employees time (one who was looking at his phone most of the time).

He asked what he could do to make it right I said it's a 150.00 job as the couch was virtually new!

Ironically, the bill stated stain removal...funny as the couch had been covered for almost 6 months!

Robert stated my friend was a liar and he never charges $60.00 an hour! Omg! Really!

To say the crew is unprofessional is an understatement! I told him I will kill his chance of working with my 2 potential referrals one which included a church.

Beware! They will take advantage of you and their strategy is to arrive early become pushy!

Sterling Carpet Cleaning is the best. My carpet looks like new. I will never go back to the Big Corporate Company I used in the past! Miguel worked carefully, gave me options ,and was very efficient. The receptionist was friendly and efficient as well.

I needed to get the outside of my home redashed. After talking to several companies and comparing their services, I decided to go with Victor. I am so glad I did. The work was excellent, the price was very reasonable, he showed up when promised, did what he promised, and I am very happy with the results. He communicates well, answers questions, and was a real pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Jose was FANTASTIC!!!!! He fixed our refridgerator with speed and efficiency. We could not have asked for better service and honesty. He was on time, knowledgeable, and very professional! He saved us so much money! Give him a try you can't go wrong!

Hiring a designer always feels risky to me- very subjective service that feels like a luxury. If you are contemplating hiring Kristie, don't hesitate! 10 out of 10. Exceeded expectations. Well worth the investment.

Brent did such a great job! He was quick, reliable, and friendly. His pricing was great and the job was done perfectly the first time! I highly recommend him if you have glass that needs to be repaired, replaced, or just made better.

I messaged Victor through Yelp about getting an estimate to transition to stucco on my house. Out of 4 businesses he's the only one who actually showed up and responded to my message. I was ok with that because he was my first choice anyway. He gave us the estimate and we decided to proceed. He communicated throughout the whole process. I was worried about my solar panels being in the way. He and his crew made sure to be super careful as to not damage them for which I was very thankful. Overall, I love the outcome and am glad I went with this business.

Could not have been nicer! Did not have extra keys to Tuff Shed after my husband passed away, contacted Tuff Shed. , spoke to mike who said he had extra keys I told him the number on the key and he sent me extra keys. He could not have been nicer-he was great. I have another Tuff Shed but that's a normal key that I can make extra copies of. I have teoTuff Sheds that my late husband bought and I think they make my side yard look great. If I ever sell my house I think it will be an asset to the house.

I called Garret so that he could give me a quote on kitchen countertops. He came out and measured but never provided me with a written quote as promised. And he was not willing to accompany you pick to out the granite slab. I had several quotes from different companies and he was the only one that didn't follow through with a written quote. It was okay because I found the perfect company that installed beautiful counter tops and went with me to pick out and examine the granite slab.

Great service, honest assessment of our chimney cleaning needs. Total pro!
