you told me you could not keep your promised appointment because you took your phone in for repair. You must have an App that washes windows. can't keep an appointment because you say your phone does not work? That is like saying my dog ate my homework. Maybe someday you will learn to do what you say you are going to do and keep your commitments.

You might want to keep in mind that when there is an unsatisfied customer there are another 20 that feel the same way but do not take time to write a comment but a lot tell their friends about their experience.

I highly recommend Sterling Carpet Cleaning! They cleaned our sofa, stairs and upstairs carpets. Everything looks so clean/refreshed and smells great. They are very reliable and extremely professional and meticulous!

WBE is amazing! Marc Watts and his team are meticulous in their work and don't cut any corners. I've used Marc for 3 renovation projects and they all turned out beautifully. I recommend him to everyone needing a construction project done. They are also such a nice crew to have around and so responsive to any questions I have had. You can't go wrong with Marc and his guys.

We had Sterling come out to our house before and were happy with their work. We scheduled with them today to have quite a bit of work done. We wanted five rooms stairway hallway and some runners cleaned. The guy shows up at 8:00 and tells us he has a 10:00 appointment somewhere else. We have two big dogs and a few cats. We don't wear our shoes in the house but our downstairs carpets were pretty dirty from the dogs. We didn't want to rush job so we told him to reschedule. He tells us there's a $50 rescheduling fee. I don't think so My husband calls the office and he insists that there's going to be a $50 rescheduling fee. So I guess we are getting a new carpet cleaning company.

I had a Costco Gazebo assembled. The owner was knowledgeable and efficient.
They put the gazebo up in one day, and I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend T.K.

I highly recommend Jose, he was responsive and provided us with a fair price. We replaced approximately 116' of fence. They were at our house on time and completed the job in one day. The new fence looks great. Jose and his workers did a great job we were very pleased. Once completed you would not know they were even there.

Just booked modern horizontal cedar fence
Jose responded within 2 hours & met with us to measure. We received quote next day project starts 1st week in March! Can't wait will update with pictures when fence complete

MELLO-ROOS TAX... They have beautiful homes but they won't tell you about the hidden tax that goes up every year. You have to read about that yourself. Not only that I was given a hard time about deciding not to go with them and then threatened that we would we placed at the end of their waitlist.

I had a great experience with Jose and Jose's fencing. Jose showed up on time, and completed his work when scheduled. I got the quote on a Friday and by next Wednesday I had a great looking cedar fence. I will definitely use Jose's Fencing in the future. Thanks for the great work!

We called Jose for an estimate on a backyard fence that fell down. He came the next day on time and gave us a good price. He told us he could start working on it the following week. He had the old fence down and the new cedar fence installed in one day. We were pleased with the quality of his work and everything was cleaned up.
Definitely would recommend him and use him again.

I understand everyone is busy but we called for service and not even a return call or text that they can't help. It's common courtesy to at least respond. Disappointed

TK does excellent work for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable Handyman.

I just dropped off a bunch of old electrical stuff from a toaster and a hair dryer to a stereo receiver and a broken turntable. They unloaded it for me and I was out in two minutes. And no charge! Will be taking more, for sure.

We used Sterling to clean the carpets in our offices. They were professional and amazing from the start. They were able to book our appointment quickly and the carpets look great. They even came on a Sunday so they did not disrupt the offices during business hours. Highly recommend!

D & R are going to fix our chimney. We received a great rate and saved over 1700.00 compared to another company. Very responsive. They are very polite. I like that.

Update- I received a phone message from Mary after leaving my review. *If I had just called her and informed her during the installation, she would have taken care of it at the time. We're talking about the overage of $625 that we were charged for the installation. Who the heck does that??? Who's to know , Oh I'm being over charged, let me call Ponderosa (who sent out said installers) and see what's happening here??? No one!! But, in Marys defense she was kind enough to give us a $625 credit on the price of the unit. Her comment was that these installers were over charging all her clients. Why is that Mary, they work for you??!!
