My neighbor recommended Lint Sweep and after having them clean my dryer vent, I can certainly concur that they are great. On time, friendly, very neat job. Got the vent cleaned out in a timely manner. They suggested I replace my current vent exhaust line as it was dented, apparently not installed correctly. The new line is an improvement. My home is over thirty years old and likely has never had the vent cleaned. Its a relief knowing I have reduced the chance of fire, and maybe less run time for the dryer, giving it more life and me more cash savings. I highly recommend Lint Sweep. Big thank you to the Gentlemen that came out.

Garrett and Pete with Island Tile did an excellent job installing quartz countertops and tile backsplashes in my kitchen and bathrooms. They were very professional and got the job done in the time they promised. I was very impressed by their skill and attention to detail; they didn't miss anything finish wise. They were great at communicating with me when issues or concerns needed to be addressed, unlike some contractors who just assume they know what you want. Their consideration made all the difference for me and I recommend them highly.

Nothing to say. Stopped by the office to discuss my project. No one was there to start a dialogue. Not the best way to gain business. Ultimately went with a competitor on my $40k project. Did they miss this one. Wow

More like 0 stars. We had to put 2% down for earnest money (7k) rates started to increase and the price of the home was still high. Backed out because payment went up and they kept the 7k. A month later their homes dropped 15k and we would've lost equity. I recommend going for lennar they requested only 2k for earnest money and it's refundable.

A great place to shop. The staff was helpful and patient as we looked at many olive trees. Both times we went here, the staff was willing to answer all of our questions, particularly technical issues with planting new trees. I didn't have the same experience as those giving negative reviews here did. This is my new go-to nursery.

Don't waste your time with them. Our home has future home products that are now 18 years old. I was willing to go to them although pricy, I wanted to go with them because they are the initial installers and I was hoping they could update my system to todays technology and that they'd do a good job assuming this is what they do all day long! But after multiple attempts to have them come out and give me a quote I did not hear back. It's clear they don't want to help out old customers and they're only in it for a one time job. Better off going else where like I did to get the job done.

We moved into our house almost 2 years ago. The stucco around the house wasn't in the best condition, and the chimney was missing a HUGE chunk. I scoured the internet and found Victor and his amazing reviews. I messaged and he came out right away. When Victor first arrived, I was so happy that he was a genuinely nice and helpful person! He was very knowledgeable and low-pressure.

At first, I was interested in having my home re-dashed, but just purchased a new roof. Although his quote was amazing, I just couldn't spend much money at this moment. He recommended some patching in the meantime, as well as a repair of our chimney. His price was more than fair. We scheduled right away. His son and another worker came out and hit the ground running. They did such an amazing job with the repair work, and were overall good people. As soon as I free up some more funds, I will be reaching out to VQ Stucco again. Victor and his crew are the best!

i have a children one of witch is now crawling so wanted to get my carpet cleaned I read great reviews about Sterling so I decided to call them & schedule an appointment. I was looking forward to it but I was ended up highly disappointed the man rushed literally went as fast as he could left my entire carpet soaking wet and no where near clean my slippers I chose to wear where soaked wet that I had to ring the. Water out of them dirty water it feels like I paid for someone to come flood my carpet I ended up using my at home shampoo to suck up the muddy water needless to say It was the worst $175 I have ever spent.

They are very approachable, knowledgeable and honest, answered all of our questions, and did an excellent job replacing our water heater. We highly recommend Goode Plumbing!

We brought in a truck that needed a couple of key copies, but the original we had was bent. Martin worked long and hard to figure out a super complicated puzzle to copy the key, and didn't give up until he figured it out. Appreciate the hard work!

zero stars is what I would rate this company. my husband called this company about 5 days before they Finley had time to come by and open our safe that the combination had stopped working to. they jerry ringed it so only one number had to open it. charged us over a hundred dollars. soon after they had left my husband tried to open it again and it would not open. he tells me this and says he will have to call them back. but he tried once more and it opened. my husband passed away about 3 weeks later unexpectedly. Two days after his passing I needed his social security number to make arrangements. all our personal information was in the safe. I tried to open the safe with the number and it would not work. called the company and explainEd the situation to them. said they were sorry and would send someone out. long story short, 7 days later and a personal visit to the shop and only promises someone would be there soon.I called at 9a.m. Tuesday morning, same promise. I called at 11:15 a.m. same promise. I waited till 2 p.m. and I called again. same promise. I finally said we paid you for a service and it probably would only take 5 minutes to show me what I am doing wron g and he says he is not sending his service man for free. long story short I called another lock company in Fresno out and they said they would be by in an hour. They showed up ,opened my safe and we're done in 15 minutes. charged me $80 and I was very happy. 20 minutes after the other company I called guess who showed up. After 7 days and a dozen calls to them I had to make. never again will I use A1 lock and key or Ever recommend them! The story is alot more detail than I have written here. when I called the other company they said they have gotten many other stories of the same kind about A1 lock and key. Just because you live in Clovis,I would never call them!

They came out to repair our fireplace insert. They informed me what part was needed and someone would be contacting me that day to let me know how long to get part needed and price of the part. They told me I had to pay 200.00 for that quick service call so I did that day. I have never ever heard back from them after making daily phone calls to them inquiring about completing the repair. I get the same story from them every time I call that "they will be hearing from me".

Customer Service, which is IMPORTAN in any business is just very very poor. They came and measured my window, during the time that wasn't scheduled and wasn't home. And when I called if they have a quote for me, I was told someone would call and inform me. I called 4 times for the quote and No One ever returned my call. Even had texts messages and same answer with no response about the quote.

I recommend Clovis Glass. Had 4 quotes and they were the cheapest and top touch Customer Service.

These gentlemen are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They came to clean my dryer vent and chimney when it was raining. They arrived on time and even laid tarps on my carpet and flooring to protect against wet feet and stray ash and lint. They cleaned my entire fireplace, not just the chimney, but the walls, grate and base too. They also alerted me to a hazard with my dryer duct. Will use again and will recommend.

Unbelievable to see the poor ratings posted for this business. I've been using them for almost 4 years for my Franklin gas insert. Always happy with the service and technicians and ability to show up as scheduled. Even though I bought the insert from a competitor who sad to say..the service manager was rude, condescending, and you had to go through him for servicing and repairs. I agree with the person who said the Ponderosa had a better warranty. After the manufacturer warranty expired they gave an additional 6 months coverage in house at no cost. I highly recommend this business.

Apparently this business has sold. As bad as it was before I think it's gotten worse. They don't even bother to answer their phone much less return calls. Juan makes promises they can't keep. Buyer beware. Buy anywhere but here. Horrible service.

These folks replaced my backyard deck, and I can't rate them highly enough.

As we started the project, they explained the process clearly and patiently, giving me information about the materials and construction, fully answering my questions. They prepared the bid promptly and finished right on the money.

When it came to doing the work, they showed up promptly every time. They worked continuously, with no delays between workdays. The workers were friendly and hard-working, quiet with no blasting radios or yelling.

Very important to me, they cleaned up the job site each day after work, leaving my backyard clean so they didn't interfere with my daily routines. No piles of soda cups and fast-food garbage, no scraps of wood or mess. Everything swept up clean and left orderly.

All through the process, they were responsive to my questions and always available by phone and text, getting back to me quickly.

They did very nice work and finished the job right on schedule. I was delighted with the process and LOVE the finished project. I recommend them very highly.

Had an appointment this morning at 8am with technician Adrian that was booked a month out. No one showed up. Office doesn't open until 10am. Finally got a hold of someone at 945am and they told me the tech has been out all week. Would have been nice if someone called us the day before to let us know that it wasn't likely the tech would show up since he's been out all week and since we changed our vacation plans to be here. Also would have been nice if someone called us in the morning to let us know. Coincidence it happens to be the week between Christmas and New Year's that a lot of people like to take off or call in sick??!

I recently had new windows installed by JZ and I can't say enough great things about them. From the original quote, which was right in line with two other quotes I received, to the great customer service through the process to the easy and super professional install, JZ was an awesome company to hire. I appreciate a quality product and a fair price with great customer service and JZ delivered.
