Don't bother using them ,misquoted price overcharged, install was done wrong time .Called me "B" word for questioning why 100. More ,owner uses prophanitys like "F" word. They should not be in business, customer service does not know how to communicate. Never again!

There was a need to drill a hole in our granite to add a new faucet for a water system. I reached out over the thanksgiving holidays not really expecting a quick response, however, a response was received on the same day of the request. Garrett responded with a request for additional photos and some follow up questions to ensure he had a full idea of the project prior to quoting a price. Once he came out he was knowledgeable and completed the job according to our specs. I would definitely recommend Garett and Island Tile to others. We plan to use him again in the future for future jobs.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I left 4 messages to check on the status of a part that was to be ordered to repair my fireplace. No response. I went to the business and explained how I left 4 messages for them to return my call. They said "we have 109 messages that we need to return". Didn't address the problem, just gave an excuse. Then the man said " we're waiting for a check". I said that my husband sent in the check the day after they serviced my fireplace. He then checked the screen again and found our payment. Then he told me that they can't replace the part on my fireplace because of liability reasons. The story just gets worse.

I just had my carpets cleaned the day before Thanksgiving, I was surprise too get an appointment so quickly. Robert was so nice, he called to say he was on his way. This was the 2nd time I have had him clean my carpets. Both times my carpets were really dirty, after Robert got thru the carpets were there original color. It is so nice to have the carpets cleaned and it doesn't take 8 hours to dry. When Robert is done the carpets are just damp, in about 2 hours they are dry. I recommend this company they are great.

Michael and crew has been our go to guy for lawn care for over a year now. He has been amazing. He is professional, reliable and makes sure our lawn is taken care of month after month. When we have sprinkler issues, he took things above and beyond to try to make sure it worked. We are appreciative of his service and would highly recommend him to anyone. Rain or shine, he and his crew always come through when we need him.

This was about as seamless as you could get. We walked in Saturday, met with Scott. He showed us all of the options, then got on the computer to design it. The price was several thousand less than I thought it would be. His crew showed up today to build and install it and four hours later, this was the finished product. Don't think that we could have asked for a better experience.

Not good service they play with the prices, you have to load your own material and there is no consistency. Bad management ... Loren !

First time using this service. Robert showed up promptly and got to work measuring our rooms. He was very friendly and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Our carpets had some wear and some pet stains and look great now! I highly recommend Robert and will use him in the future.

These guys are great! Locally owned family business, these guys get the job done. We had them clean our chimney and dryer vents this past week. Professional and fast, they were done within an hour. The best part is they didn't leave a mess. Very reasonably priced and reliable. Give them a call for a quote, you will be glad you did.

Victor was wonderful to work with. He created very nice stucco pop-outs around my new ledger panels on the front of my house. He was responsive, listened to my needs and did a great job on his work. I highly recommend him!

I first hired Brandon to clean our Solar Panels in 2018, he was professional, reliable, polite and courteous and I was very please with his work. I continued to use Brandon's services twice a year for 4 years, but over the last year this guy has drastically changed. Brandon was once very professional, but he has become very unreliable, he doesn't return calls, the last time he came to clean our panels he showed up late, then he was having problems with his equipmen, when he finished the job he usually would send me before and after photos of his work and when I asked for the photos he kind of had an attitude and told me he forgot to take them. At first I chalked it up to him just having a bad day. Then when it came time to pay him the $60.00 for the job he told me it was now $70.00. I paid Brandon the $70.00 he asked for as I really didn't have a problem paying him the extra $10.00 as I know that the price of gas was out of control and a lot of businesses were having to raise their prices to makeup for the cost of gas, but he never gave me receipt which also wasn't like him, so I texted Brandon to remind him to send me the receipt and I mentioned that I didn't have a problem paying him more but in the future, I would appreciate a heads up before he does the work of any price increases and that as a business owner he should always let his customers know the price before he does work. He immediately got upset and drove back to my house and left the $10.00 on my doorstep. He refused to come back to get the money or return my calls. Brandon doesn't seem to take constructive criticism very well. Six months has gone by and it's time for my next solar cleaning and I get an email from Brandon to schedule our next cleaning on line. I figured, I would give Brandon another chance, and figured he must have just been having a bad day last time. I go online and schedule the appointment and noticed that the price for 15 panels is still only $60.00 on his web site, I texted him to make sure the price before scheduling and he doesn't respond so, I go ahead and schedule our next cleaning, which he cancels, so I schedule again and he cancels again. Not sure what happened to the Brando that started this business but the guy he is today doesn't deserve my Business. If he treats his loyal customers like this I have to see how he treats others.

The company was very responsive to our request for dryer vent cleaning. They were able to fit us in at the end of the working day, same day. The men were polite, efficient, and clean. They removed a sizeable clog from the vent. I will continue to use this company for yearly maintenance.

We have a tempered glass stovetop in our home that cracked. I contacted three-repair businesses for price comparison.
The first was Valley Pro Appliance repair and he had great customer
service skills. He requested the model number and pictures that I provided through text. He then let me know that the cost could be around $900 for the stovetop replacement or through sears direct website if in stock $599 plus labor. I appreciated his honesty and the information provided
to check the website thru sears direct. The second appliance company also requested the model number and later contacted me that it was over $900 for the stovetop replacement or to replace the entire unit, he did not quote for the labor. The third appliance company would inspect the stove for $125 and provide information on what the cost would be to replace the part.
I chose Valley Pro Appliance because they were helpful, honest and had the best quality customer service. I was able to order the replacement part from the website provided by Valley Pro Appliance. I contacted Jose from Valley Pro Appliance and he came out to replace the tempered glass stovetop.
He was very thorough replacing the stovetop and switching the burners
to the new glass top. Jose allowed me time to clean underneath the stove, which needed a bit of cleaning from dust and particles. I was very thankful for him allowing me that time. I am collecting honest repair services for household appliances, air conditioning and plumbing service. He is on my contact list for repairs. Highly recommend! Mary

After owning My dryer for 5 years I thought I was taking really good care of it.I've always cleaned the Lint screen and never let it go long without looking at the back to see if it needed dusting off . But I thought I smelled something burning so I decided I need to get it checked. So many people had told me to call Lint sweep because because they do free consultations.
I spoke to Kevin and right away I could tell the level of knowledge and professionalism was above and beyond. He explained to me what I was probably smelling and was able to come to my home the very next day.
I was very happy to find a well maintained person who knew what he was doing and with the proper equipment. They were very organized. The whole process was very eye opening and Kevin was able to show me in great detail what I've been missing for all these years. My home was left in the same condition as when he arrived with no mess for me to deal with. And now the dryer works in half the time Save me both time and money.. I highly recommend lint sweep to anyone who owns a dryer or needs any kind of vent or chimney cleaning at all. He also gave me a quote for my chimney and I will have lint sweep come back to clean and inspect after that before Winter. Thank you Lint Sweep!

We took 3 TV's they were very helpful in unloading them. No charge to recycle them. I wish more people knew about them instead of dumping on the road side.

ProPatio did a great job putting up my patio. From start to finish everything was done above expectations. Mike and the team did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They were always responsive and answered any questions I had. Did a great job and very fast on our backyard wood picket fence. We also had them build us a chain link storage cage at our business. Again , they did a great job.
