I used Pro Patio to install a cover over my patio area and do a few repairs to my patio. I would highly recommend them and am very satisfied with the result. Mike was very professional and wonderful to deal with. He was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly to my questions. Him and his crew arrived on time and they were able to get the cover installed in a day. The cover is high quality and looks great.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Sadly, my long time gardener passed away earlier this year and after hiring a complete flake that just showed up whenever it suited him, every 6 weeks or so, I saw Michael and his team next door doing a service and asked for a quote.

It was better than the flakey guy named CRUZ gave me and they did the service the same day. I am very satisfied with the service and he even lets me know when he's coming out the day before. Most importantly to me is that there is no language barrier whatsoever. If I need Michael to do something extra, I don't need a translator. That means everything to me.

I highly recommend his service. He has a great looking and professional looking truck and equipment and does a fantastic job. So glad he is now my gardener and he is a very nice guy.

Highly Recommend!! Mike was super easy to work with and Darla, the office manager was always quick to respond to any questions I had. There was a bit of a wait on ProPatio getting the materials from the suppliers but once the materials were received my patio was installed in a matter of a day and a half. This company is all about the customer service and the quality of the finished product!

Had an issue late at night with our washer. Jose was able to come out the following day and troubleshoot and fix the issue for us on the first try. He has years of experience and the fact that he knew some of these models have issues he had a spare part on hand. Will do business with him again. Thanks!

I've called them for a couple jobs on my washer and dryer and Jose has always been so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me different options on how to fix something in order to fit my budget. They don't nickel and dime you and try to tack on unnecessary charges. Would recommend them to anyone!

My washing machine stopped draining. I called a few appliance repair businesses recommended on Nextdoor. Jose from Valley Pro responded quickly and was able to work around my schedule. He came early the next morning so I could leave on time for my appointment. Jose was professional, friendly, and worked quickly.

Great service. Young guy lifted TV like it was nothing and had a good sense of humor.

A couple of the staff here at the front counter are jerks, unfriendly and not very professional. I was surprised at the chip on their shoulder, and not even a hi, how can I help you? For such a big operation, it's a bad first impression... so much so that I chose to go somewhere else for a large project.

J was asked to contact Tuff Shed after leaving a bad review, I did & still no contact from the business. Still would not recommend. If I could leave zero stars I would. I know it's been awhile since this was built, but the neighbor around the corner had their garage built about 6 months after ours & theirs still looks good. Bad customer service

I called Tuff Shed's location in Clovis, and spoke with Scott. He was very friendly and professional. I just needed a small part to my shed, and he looked for it while I was on the phone. He said he would put it aside for me, as it was the last one he had. He told me the hours he would be open that day.

As it turned out, I got busy, so my wife went to get the part. Scott treated her respectfully, and handled the transaction quickly. We couldn't have asked for better service, and my wife especially liked the way Scott treated her.

After speaking with Brandon we scheduled a date for the window cleaning. I received an email and text confirming the date and time. Nobody showed up on the date as planned, and of course, he did not answer several texts or calls that day, as I just wanted to know if anyone was planning on coming or not. I certainly do not mind a reschedule, but to not answer texts and phone calls after not showing up is very frustrating. I waited a few days before posting this, as to hoping I would hear something.

We bought a wood burning stove from This store many years ago. It has been very difficult to get them to come and clean and service the stove over the years. We needed it serviced because it wasn't drafting correctly. On the day the service man was supposed to be here we were told he was sick and the store was short staffed so no service. The earliest another repairman could come out was 2 weeks later. My husband explained this was a primary heat source. It was suggested my husband ,who is 66 , climb up our 2 story house and see if the chimney was block. 2 weeks later on the day of the second appointment again we received a call saying the repair person was sick and there would be no service. Needless to say this a company I would not recommend to any one.
