Daniel the technician open the unit and said everything fine not noisy. Then call tech support and ask for second opinion. Well for me as a technician also I know how the system work. Plain lazy don't want to replace parts. Sad thing is your paying for monthly bill for this service for sears. Also he is late.

Louis is wonderful! The whole family is kind and helpful. We bought a refrigerator and washer and drier from them. 2 years later we had a problem with the ice dispenser. He fixed it asking only for a good review. So hear it is... Ferrer's Appliances is a highly professional, customer service oriented, family business. Don’t know what all the stars with one and two are even talking about maybe you had an off time but I have always used these guys Because of their honesty, and the recommendations that they have made for appliances, even though they sell appliances also. It is so nice to have a company that you know you can trust. Luis is so nice and understanding. He always does great work, never leaves a mess. Did I mention that they are honest he is honest, the company is honest. That is rare these days I will be a lifetime customer.

My tech Luis was very knowledgeable about my appliance. My timeframe for his arrival was between 10 AM and noon and he showed up at 10 AM sharp! I would use them again in the future.

Luis and crew are outstanding! We have had previous great experiences with repairs to our washer and then our dryer. When our recent heat wave hit, our refer died. Ugh. I obtained a previously owned Frigidaire induction oven from Alejandro through Facebook marketplace, which i was told was returned because the person did not like induction

Before purchasing, I asked two questions if he had a Store which he said yes plaza home Furniture and if it came with a warranty and he said yes, he would give me a six month warranty. I have this in writing.

Three months later, I'm getting an error message on the range not any fault of plaza home furniture and they're refusing to honor the warranty.

Looks like we'll have to go to Small Claims Court to get them to reimburse me for the repair.

I contacted Ferrer’s via Yelp messaging on a Sunday and received a prompt reply the same day. Got appt scheduled for less than 48 hrs later. It was nice to get a text on my appt day letting me know when my tech was on their way. Luis arrived on time, thoroughly assessed my dryer and didn’t find anything damaged that would explain my issue but since my dryer is still functioning well the plan is to just keep observing in case the problem comes back. He kindly replaced my cracked dryer vent with a new flexible one and put my dryer back into place. Despite my insistence he refused payment! Technical expertise, 30+ mins of labor and a new dryer vent…send me a bill and I will gladly pay it! Ferrer’s Appliances is responsive, knowledgeable and ethical. I highly recommend them.
