Save your time and just go to the Bayshore down the road, every time I come to this Platt I end up leaving more frustrated than I came in.

Good employees that answered all my questions and helped me find a product I was looking for. Placed an order for it which they did quickly, overall good

The have whay I was looking for, which was a circuit breaker, but their customer service really sucks. The guy at the desk look at me and didn't say a word, not greetings no nothing. I basically had to carry the whole transaction myself. Their location is very convenient, but prices are high.

I called this guy's looking for a torque knowing that they had it because Platt Livermore gave me their number me availability and unfortunately the guy who answer the phone didn't even know what a torque look like offering me a 11and 1 tool instead and saying after I don't know what are you talking about bye.

I honestly don't understand how this bug company with all the money that they make cannot train their guys to at least know how the parts looks like

Becareful with this place, customer service is terrible. I went there looking for a circuit breaker for my house, and the man was helping me that day proceed to order the circuit breaker, and he said to me that it will be just a minute, five minutes later he told me that it's going to be a while because his phone is not working, so I said to myself well I guess I will be spending another hour or so. Finally he came to me and said they don't have the items in stocks, he is going to order the circuit breaker. So I told him he can go ahead and order the product. Before I left he asked me to pay for the product so I did, I paid thirty plus dollars for it,and he told me when the product arrived in the next business day, they will call me, they never call so I call them in the next day, and I they told me they got it. So my wife went to pick it up and paid the shipping fee of eight dollars and some cents. When I got home I immediately looked at the item I was shocked to see the circuit breaker is being used, I immediately called them and the guy answered the phone told me that they don't sell used stuff. So I went there to talk to them
I arrived the young man called me up to the counter and I explained and showed him the product is used, I was told again by the young man that they don't sell used stuff but I told him to take a good look at the circuit breaker it's been used, and without saying anything else he proceed to refund my money. My question is that they open the box and see the item is used, do something about it. I'm very disappointed by the company's action. No accountability, I know, it just money, but honesty is very important to me. I'm very engaged in consumer affairs and such.

I simply need some wire for my oven, I can buy a 500' roll...

Gonzalo was so great. He installed our NEMA 14-50 and Tesla mobile connector quickly and for a great, fair price. I talked to 3 other electricians and Gonzalo by far was the easiest to work with and most affordable. Highly recommend.

Very nice and professional technician but unfortunately he did not provide or communicate the base min price and charged me $350 for resetting a simple breaker. I also did not receive the quote for the new circuit I requested. Not the best value of service and upfront communication. Thank you

Gonzalo has done many jobs for me over the years. He’s always been dependable and does his best to keep the costs down. I also really appreciate the way he clearly explains what he is doing and why.

I called five electricians from my Google search, and the only one who picked up the phone was Gonzalo. He was cordial and ready to help me with a last-minute request - installing a plug for our new range. He arrived at our house late that day with his equipped van with all the needed parts for the project.
