Jefferson was our electrician and he did a wonderful job! He was neat and clean, a pleasant person, and displayed true professionalism.
We had three lights installed and they work great, they were installed quickly, and Jefferson helped overcome an issue or two.
The previous installation did not seem to follow the right process and Jefferson corrected this by installing the light slightly over, which was a good save!
One of our light fixtures was broken out of the box and he found out early enough I could go get another while he was working on the other lighting.
All around great experience.

This review covers 3 visits from technicians from Mr. Electric. The first one was an assessment of the issue - Brian came out and looked into the two problems we were having - a breaker that had been replaced that was still tripping, and the lights in our house intermittently flickering. He made some suggestions and put together a quote which was reasonable for the amount of work. Their team was able to get some techs to come out the next day (on a saturday!) to get it all done. The two guys that came out were pretty fast and tidied up after, but they didn't check to see that what they did solved the problem of the tripping breaker.... which we later discovered was not solved. Another tech was going to have to come out to put in a cover in our sub panel so he was also going to look into why the breaker was still tripping. Zach was such a pleasure to work with. He listened to me explain what was going on, and methodically worked through what it could be til we finally figured out what phantom device was spiking 24 amps(!). Now I have to call the company that installed that device to find out its specs to see if it's a bad device or if we need a larger breaker on that circuit. If it's the latter, I would definitely call Mr. Electric to do the work.

Brian, M was great good service, friendly and more I worry that it would be a major repair but it wasn't, and he didn't charge me ithe was in and out in moments. He showed what to do if it happens again.

Very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the cause of the problem clearly. He was very good and very trustworthy..

Fair estimate, quick scheduling. Excellent technicians. Mija and Son were very professional and pleasant to have working in our home. They were respectful of our pets and explained everything they were fixing. I Highly recommend Mr Electric of Concord for all your electrical needs.

They quickly assessed the issues, and made a plan on how to repair the problems. The job was not easy and took all day as we had to run several new circuits and electrical which required crawling under the house and opening up walls.
Jefferson and Son were both very methodical and how they worked, And most impressively had a very positive attitude throughout the day as I did spend most the day with them.
They were very thoughtful on cleanliness as they put down painters, tarps, and more booties inside the house. This was all done without asking. Very professional I would highly recommend their services. I had a very pleasant and easy experience with them even though the job and skill required was difficult.

We had three flushmount-style lighting fixtures replaced in hallways, as well as a mobile/chandelier fixture installed in our dining room. Wally was able to reposition the light box in our dining room so that the new fixture would be centered in the room (instead of off to the side as it was originally installed). Wally was so kind, funny, professional, and overall just a pleasant person to work with. I absolutely recommend working with him and Mr. Electric to anyone who needs electrical services, and I look forward to working with them again!

Had an old ceiling fan that stopped working. Mr Electric came and evaluated the problem and gave us several options along with the pros and cons of each. It was all very helpful to have options and chose how we wanted to go. We ended up buying a new fan and having them com back to install it. Great

Astounding! Just when you thought courtesy, kindness and professionalism all in the same package was extinct… along comes a great experience! The office was patient pleasant( I didn’t retain her name, but she was great) and professional. Brian the electrician was on time, also listened to our problem, and efficiently and resolved it, and explained everything well. Super professional and cheerful. I called Concord Mr. Electric because the 220 volt circuit breaker for my EV Charger was always tripping. I spoke with Nicole and explained the problem. Before scheduling a service call, she asked me to describe the impact. In my case it wasn't an urgent issue because my car was fully charged. The question demonstrated their interest in meeting their customer's needs.

The electrician, Brian, texted me before arriving on time for the scheduled appointment. Brian quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He then tested the fix by having me charge the car. I enjoyed meeting Brian and appreciated the quality of his service.
