I called GAP Electric on a Saturday to get an estimate on installing an outdoor electrical outlet and troubleshooting an outdoor light that wasn’t working. To my surprise, Gonzalo offered to provide an estimate that same day and he arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and gave me a very competitive estimate. He did the work immediately and finished within an hour. Great service. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Gonzalo for any electrical work, big or small. He recently upgraded the old electrical panels on my unique duplex property.

His creative problem-solving really stood out when I asked Gonzalo to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my electric vehicle charger. Other electricians claimed it would be too difficult and costly to run the required thick cable from the panels on the other side of the duplex all the way to my garage across the street. However, Gonzalo thoroughly inspected the existing cables and panel and determined there was already a suitable 50 amp cable running somewhere in my home. I just needed to locate it. Sure enough, after some searching I found the previous homeowner had covered up the end of that cable in my garage! Thanks to Gonzalo's expertise and critical thinking, I got my EV charger installed with no issues.

On top of his skills Gonzalo also provides excellent communication in both English and Spanish. His bilingual abilities are a major plus. I couldn't be happier with the electrical upgrades Gonzalo facilitated and would enthusiastically recommend his services for any job large or small. He takes the time to understand your needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Gonzalo, the owner of GAP Electric. I live in a 60+ year-old Eichler home and recently discovered that the underground wiring for my pool had shorted. I am so pleased with the work completed by GAP Electric. I had an outdated brass ceiling fan that was missing blades and looked terrible. Gonzalo assembled and connected a nice new modern fan to my 11 foot high sloped ceiling. He even added the down rod. What a difference! it changed the entire look of my living room. Even though there were some minor issues with my wall switch, he made sure to figure out the problem and get everything completely up and running. I highly recommend GAP electric.

Did a great job installing a recessed light for us. Checked all switches and answered all questions with patience. I feel like I can trust that this company hires and keep seasoned electricians who truly like and have pride in their work. Price was standard across the industry but the peace of mind I gained w their installation is priceless. The professional , cleanly dressed and presence of the staff is A+. Milo was absolutely fantastic. It was clear from the outset that he knew precisely what he was doing. In addition, he is a very hard worker and very personable. My wife and I greatly enjoyed talking to him when he had a moment or two to talk.

I worked with Brian (an ex firefighter, which gives him a great perspective on home electricity!), and his colleagues Marlon and Mijo. All of them were courteous, clean, efficient, and, bonus, were nice to my cat! Long story short, my electrical panel was starting to sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies at random times. I called Mister Electric, Brian came out as soon as I could make room in my schedule, and he told me that my panel was starting to fail (and was in a recall brand anyway). He gave me a very reasonable price for replacing it and threw in taking a look at my entire condo and sockets as well. The very next day, Marlon and Mijo arrived to replace the panel and ground my plugs. They were also very polite and clean and nice to my cat (who, thankfully, hated the drill so she made herself scarce). Panel replaced. No more funny popping sounds. My HVAC works better (I think the power was tripping to the appliance). I highly recommend Brian and his crew for your residential electric needs. Super service and very fast.

I called Mr. Electric when a GFCI outlet failed at my home. After a review and consultation with the company rep., I opted to replace and install all the house outlets and switches. The service was excellent and was completed in one day. I appreciated the fast and courteous work by their service technician.
