The electrician showed up during the window and was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and made the repairs in a timely matter. Very easy to work with and they offer upfront pricing before the work even begins. All of their work is warranted as well. Not your typical chuck in a truck, but a professional electrical contractor. From my initial contact with Brian, shortly after I called, to his in person assessment of the problem the next morning, I felt as though I was in good hands. Brian is professional, personable, knowledgeable and solution oriented. The problem was clearly explained to me and the necessary steps to the replacement and upgrade of my in unit electrical panel. I felt comfortable in accepting the price quoted and scheduling the work to be done promptly the next morning.
Promptly at 8:00am, technician Marlon arrived with clear and precise instructions as to how he would proceed, with each step clearly explained, as well as an approximation of how long the job would take. Marlon was very focused and methodical, thorough and detail oriented, fully knowledgeable in every step taken.

From the Reception to the Electrician, the service was amazing. I got to work with Nicole and Zac. Both very knowledgeable, kind, and had great communication with me. They got the job done in good timing as well. The Electricians are respectful and work well with women. I can't compare the pricing as none of the companies I called before settling with Mr. Electric would give me a job or hourly quote. I've used Mr. Electric in another state (seperate franchise) and the pricing is about mid range and that's probably true for the Bay Area Mr. Electric as well. No good electrician that's worth their weight is going to be cheap and if they are it's concerning. They do an amazing job and I feel I got value for my money. Very satisfied with this company and highly recommend.

I’ve wished for lights hung in my backyard, with its own switch and anchored to our beautiful redwood tree. We hired Mr. Electric of Concord & are so happy we did! Huge shoutout to the techs Zac & Darrell who made my vision come to life. They both displayed the utmost professionalism & integrity in representing Mr. Electric of Concord. At one point I wavered from my original plan & together we patiently worked through it. They went over and above my expectations by also making several much needed repairs with outlets, etc.
