The guys were helpful when I went into there picking up some stuff for a job I have a contractor doing. Got some good info and tips. Ill be back when I have other around the house stuff to do.

Every time I need parts in the area this is my go to store, Platt down the street is awful compared to these guys.

They are wildly expensive. 2x to 3x more than other stores. People there are not nice and not willing to help if you have any questions. I would avoid them if I can.

The guys here are pretty rude and seem to hate their job.. then they referred me to Home Depot for something I know they have. I can only imagine because the salesman was too lazy to go grab it off the shelf.. next time I’ll take my business elsewhere

called and asked for price for a part and to see if they had it stock. asked a few more questions to make sure it what i need. the guy was short with me and said that i had to come in a look at it myself and HUNG UP the phone. So much for customer service.

Came in looking for some lugs for a square D old safety switch. several vendors didn't even give it a look. The polite and knowledgeable staff at Bayshore found a solution. Definitely made my day.

They offer a wide range of plumbing materials and electrical supplies, which you won’t find at large corporate stores. The service is excellent, with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend visiting their store to get your supplies.
