Had an appointment on Thursday and they did not show up. The employee went to the neighboring community and argued with the security there about our address, resulting in them being forced to leave the community.

They scheduled a.second appointment today to try to make amends and yet again.......... no showed.

We used them years ago for our homes and their service was impeccable - NO LONGER THE CASE.

Jorge showed up on time and did a great job. I never had my vent cleaned before and so much came out! My clothes were taking long to dry and hoping this does the trick... Not to mention that was a fire hazard.

My AC broke down on the first hottest day of the year. I turned to Yelp and reached out to Cyclone Air Systems to try to get a quick fix on a hot Saturday afternoon — right away, Mario picked up the phone and said he would be over as soon as possible. Half an hour later, Mario came by to diagnose the problem, which ended up being an overheated compressor and micro leak. After filling up the AC with freon and checking all the vents, finally some cool air started filling the apartment after several years of disappointing and unreliable airflow. George who fix the dryer duct vent was very pleasant and explained to us that vent needs to be cleaned once a year to prevent fire in the house. He did the cleaning so quickly at a reasonable price.

Mario did an amazing job! He provided great service from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable about everything involving my fireplace and chimney. I had a problem with my air dryer having a clogged air vent. After multiple times of cleaning it on my own, they came by and cleaned the air dryer vent quick and easy. Would recommend!

My neighbor had an A/C leak last year and
I wanted to make sure my A/C system was in great shape before the summer heat kicks in so he referred me to Cyclone. I called to setup an appointment and Mario came by for our A/C maintenance and tune up (very affordable). He was AMAZING. I had a few questions since this was the first time I’ve had to get our A/C tuned up and he was super helpful in answering all my questions. He mentioned our relay capacitor was going bad and could replace it during his visits to extend the life of our condenser. I said let’s do it and he was able to get it installed quick and clean. He also suggested that our system could use more freon to keep our system ice cold so he was able to add more in no time. He did a great job with the capacitor install (super clean!) and the freon is going to keep our house cool all summer. I’ve already setup another appointment with Mario to get our Furnace tune-up in a couple weeks. Thanks Mario!

I called for an A/c repair. He was able to make it out same day which I was super grateful for! Friendly service and everything was easily explained to me and the price was fair. I definitely recommend.

Had a great experience using these services to get everything cleaned to get us through winter. We got the whole package including all vents, dryer, furnace, chimney, deodorizing! Will call them again next year!

Francisco did a great job! Same day service at a great price. Our fireplace has not been clean in over 12 years and it is becoming a fire hazard and he did an excellent job and service. Great price, service and safety first - that is worth recommending.

They did a good job getting the ducts all cleaned up. Victor came and explained the process and showed me all of the dust that was in my vents.
They came at the later part of my window, which is always hard, but I get it. I just hated waiting 2 hours 😂
