The installer were on time, and explained the installation process. Cesar, Jose and Mario went right to work making sure everything was covered before getting down to business. The installation was smooth and walked us thru on what was done including going over the thermostat. The guys were very quiet and complete the work by the end of the day. I highly recommend Cyclone Air Systems not only for the great service but the overall price and quality of product.

My family move in to our house 2 years ago and never had a chance to inspect our vents. I set an appointment on a Saturday and they accommodate me as soon as possible. When the technician came his mane is Gorge, very nice guy easy to talk with, after we agree with the terms he right away performed his work. I also have to leave the house to pick up my son from school. He was clearly getting all that dirt from our vents. Huge difference!!! I asked him to take some photo which I include in this review I have total of 12 Vents. He also cleaned and replaced our vent filter. I highly recommend cyclone air systems and the price is very reasonable for the amount of dirt my vent has.

I have a Labrador dog, and as anyone who owns this breed knows, they shed an incredible amount of hair. No matter how often I vacuumed or cleaned, dog hair was everywhere throughout my house. I decided to call Cyclone Air Systems, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. During the air duct cleaning, they removed a shocking amount of dog hair, dust, and debris that had accumulated inside the duct system over the years. I honestly couldn’t believe how much hair was hidden inside the air ducts and being blown back into my home every day.

After the service was completed, the difference was immediate and noticeable. The air in my house feels cleaner, fresher, and much healthier. There is significantly less pet hair floating around, and my home stays cleaner for much longer than before. Even my allergies feel better since the cleaning.

Cyclone Air Systems did an outstanding job, and their attention to detail really shows. If you have pets, especially dogs that shed a lot, I highly recommend their air duct cleaning service. Their work truly made a huge difference in the comfort and air quality of my home, and I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

Mario was so incredibly thorough in his visit. In addition to cleaning all the ducts and dryer vent (included, which all the other companies were going to charge for), he generously fished out the numerous markers, crayons and toys that my toddler had thrown into the larger grates. Cyclone was also the most affordable option that I found for my area (Berkeley) and they made scheduling very easy. Recommend 100%!

Michael and team installed super-efficient HVAC system in our parents home and have always been responsive if any questions or issues come up. This review of Refreshed Heating and Cooling is to share with other potential clients our experience of partnering with Michael and his team to purchase & install a 4-zone mini-split system for our home.
Introduction Meeting: We reached out to Michael Forshey regarding the purchase and installation of a mini-split system. Michael was on time for our initial meeting and walked us through various manufacturer options and required zones for our home. Since the mini-split system was new to us, Michael was very informative and professional in answering our questions during our meeting. We met and talked with Michael and his colleague Robert several times during our introduction phase. Each time we left a message they were prompt in returning our phone calls and answering our follow-up questions. We decided to partner with Refreshed Heating and Cooling because they presented us with a competitive quote and we felt comfortable and confident during our communications that Michael and his team would provide us with a positive experience.

Work Completion: The installation of the 4-zone mini-split system, we were informed would take 4 days to complete. Before the start of the project, we met with Michael and Robert to review and discuss the project and answer any last-minute questions. On the start date of the project, Saul and Gilbert arrived at our house on time and walked us through the schedule for the day. We confirmed with them the location of each unit. While installing one of the units they informed us of an issue with a header beam above a window, suggesting we relocate the unit slightly to the right to avoid drilling through the header beam. Saul and Gilbert were very professional, they always kept us informed on what was happening each day and taking the time to answer any questions we may have. The quality of their work was clean and professional and they proceeded to clean up after each day. Saul and Gilbert completed the installation on schedule. Saul provided a walk-through of the project demonstrating the various features/controls of the remote.

Follow-up: Upon completion of the project, Michael called to discuss the project and to make sure we were satisfied with the installation (two thumbs up).
At the posting of this review, it’s been a week since the installation and I’m happy to say everything is working great. The units are quiet, and we finally have a home that is warm and cozy in every room. (Prior we had an outdated standard furnace with old ducts and heating throughout the house would be uneven/cold in some rooms and overly hot in others.) Looking forward to summer when we can try out the cooling aspect of the mini-split!

I’m very satisfied with my Mitsubishi HVAC Ductless System. The Refreshed Team is highly professional from consultation to completion. The owner phoned me post-install to check on my satisfaction and follow up as well with my one year maintenance process. The value is excellent for the quality of the product & service. I first observed the Refreshed table at Dale Hardware. I decided to go with this company after meeting with Michael. He explained my options and offered a fair competitive price considering the brands & services provided. I like that he’s a Bay Area native. My home had very old wall heaters. One didn’t even work. I was using portable units for years. The electrical panel also needed upgrading and a Refreshed electrician referral assisted with that as well.
