I recently had my system upgraded to a heat pump system. We were very pleased with the workmanship and customer service. Michael showed up to my house and gave me some good options to choose from to fit our budget. Shout out to Robert and the installers. I would definitely recommend Refreshed Heating and Cooling

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The technician, John, was professional and courteous, taking the time to run several tests to pinpoint the exact issue. He was very thorough in both diagnosing the problem and clearly explaining everything along the way. I highly recommend this team for their excellent service and attention to detail.

Michael, Robert, and the entire Refreshed team are the definition of professionalism. They tackled what could only be described as a nightmare project with skill, patience, and care. My old HVAC unit had failed, and I decided to take the opportunity to relocate the system into the attic and upgrade everything: new unit, ductwork throughout the house, system upgrades, demo, drywall, paint... the whole nine yards.

Despite the complexity and the inevitable timeline extensions, the team never lost their cool. They communicated clearly, stayed solution-oriented, and most importantly, took excellent care of me as a customer. Just finished a major HVAC replacement project. I went to three recommended vendors and spent time with each reviewing their proposals for my home heat and AC needs. I had a very pleasant experience with the entire staff of Refreshed Heating and Cooling starting with Janay who scheduled Michael to come to my home for an estimate. Michael was very professional as well as caring, patient and personable. Michael came to my home a second time with Robert who was equally as helpful, personable and took time to answer my questions. The installers, Chris and Nick, were prompt, very respectful and worked diligently. Chris made sure I understood the operation of the new furnace and thermostat. Chris and Nick left my home clean and tidy from their work.
Both Robert and Michael followed up with me after the work was done to ensure I was satisfied. I recommend this company highly to any who is looking for a new furnace.

We were to have the units installed, old units taken away, and all done in 3 days. Chris and Nicholas were pleasant, efficient, and were able to explain what they did, and how the equipment worked. Can't wait to use the heat tonight!

My wife and I are very much impressed by the customer service manager John's work on Nov. 21 .2024 after we reported a leak on attic (see images below.) We should have pointed out that the first two technicians who did installation job in May this year had missed the sealing job, causing our attic leak. We are very much appreciated by John' performance and give him thumb up.

I bought a Bosch high efficiency heat pump from Refreshed Heating. The installation went well and the unit has been performing flawlessly. I got the tax credit and California rebate I was promised. They charge $150 for a yearly maintenance inspection and cleaning. I am deducting one star because they did not show up for the first city inspection, but I would go with them again.

the technician showed up a little early but stated that it was the time he was given to be there. He replaced the thermostat in my greenhouse in a very short amount of time. I called this company last year and they did just as great a job as they did today
