I had a request for service on my A/C unit after 5pm and Cali HVAC sent a technician right out without hesitation. The owner is trustworthy, reliable, and pleasant. I fully trust this company and their wonderful, competent technicians to be there for me any time.

This is the 3rd time I have used Cali HVAC. They come quickly to my house, give honest diagnosis and give thorough explanations as to what's wrong. They also call later in the week to see how the system is working. We will be using their services in the future.

What I like about them is they are very knowledgeable, but more that that, they care about getting the job done to our satisfaction. They followed up on whether is was working perfectly, and came back quickly when we needed more. Several other HVAC companies came out, but didn't really fix the problem, or follow up. I highly recommend them.

As has always been the case, Cali HVAC came through once again when I needed plumbing services. The Contra Costa Water District had informed me that I had a continuing leak in the home and the rep sent out to inspect could not determine where the leak was. So, I called Cali HVAC, who came the next morning, pinpointed the problem, and quickly repaired it. They had installed my HVAC system last year and It meant so much to have a reliable, courteous, totally professional plumbing/HVAC company. I can truly say here that they are a plumbing company dream team. And get this: when you call, there's no AI robot, no message machine, no waiting for a call-back. Daniel, the owner, actually answers the phone!

I called Cali HVAC to get quotes for AC and furnace and the Sales Manager Mr. Oleg very quickly responded my phone call he was very helpful polite and very knowledgeable about the product. After talking with him we decided to buy a brand new AC and furnace

As a follow up they came back to fix what I thought was a minor issue with the tape. It turns out there was no problem in the first place but he was so kind about it and even put additional tape on and left me with a full roll of tape. Highly recommended!
