How do you know who to pick for your HVAC issues when there are dozens of other choices in the area. This guy Matt... He came over to my house on a Sunday night, was here within ten minutes from calling him. He was able to identify the issue and fix it in less time than it took him to get here. He didn't even charge me! If you have any heater issues... this guy here... this is the guy. Thanks again Matt. Fantastic service.

I had an urgent situation to which they responded same day, my AC system was outdated and in need of replacement. They gave me options for what appears to be a fair value. I agreed to the terms and the system was upgraded within 2 business days. Additionally the workmanship was exceptional and treated my house with with care and respect

Today being day 7 I was expecting delivery and installation of the $800 board. A call to DAqson moments ago told me that it hasn't arrived yet. I qas led to believe that five to seven days would ensure delivery. Seven days have gone by and no delivery. Please call the shipper and track it down . Thank you. aPeirce McKee, your $1299 customer

Matt was awesome! He checked everything first, got some tools and was able to fix the issue and the part in his van, done! Air is working again. Super friendly, explained everything very nice guy. Will be recommending him to everyone!

I called Matt when our AC stopped working. That day he was out diagnosed our system. We decided it was more cost effective to replace the AC system instead of replacing the compressor which used the old style refrigerant. In an effort to save money Matt was able to reuse the inside coil, and just replace the outdoor unit. I highly recommend Matt and Zach. They were very honest, upfront, and reliable. They had everything done in the same day! I was shocked!

Matt was amazing! Our capacitor blew up during the worst possible time! But he came to save the day on the very same day! Now we have cool air! Highly recommend this company!

I called Mays when our AC unit stopped working in the evening and a technician came out the next morning. Matt was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

MAYS Heating and Air really took care of our house today! When our heater went out, they came by so fast to check out the situation and replace it. They also installed a new Thermostat for us, and cleaned out the dryer vents too. Kyle and Matt were so helpful and explained a lot of the process to us. Can't recommend them enough for your HVAC needs! They had recently been by our house to help out with our AC unit when the fan wouldn't turn off. Throughout both visits their experience and knowledge shone through while being mindful of our needs. I highly recommend MAYS for any of your HVAC needs.

Matt < my heater went out I have 3 kids I called at least 10 companies and could not get anyone to come out,so I tried Matt he came out that day got my heater working!! But unfortunately my system was 22 years old and Matt told me I will not last so I got several estimates and there’s were on par with other estimates and may was great guy so I gave them the job to install new heat pump system they were very busy but got me in they did job in one day and I had heat again!! Had one issue not there fault they came out and took care of it right away and did what they said 5 star !!! Thanks Guys!!!

Our Nest thermostat installation required a simple and easy fix to finish, but there was no way I would’ve been able to do it without Matt’s help! Matt was a great help and went above and beyond the installation to honestly let me know about the health of our current system. Would definitely recommend!

We very rarely use our AC but when it hit 100 yesterday we turned it on and… nothing. We assumed there was no way we’d get someone out on a holiday weekend. But still- we tried and May’s responded right away. Matt and Bryce were each kind, professional, and helpful. My furnace bit the dust and I called our home warranty company who came out 48 hours later. The technician tried several times to start it and after 30 minutes it started. The next day it wouldn’t start. Called warranty company and would have to wait 4 days. Found Mays heating and cooling in Concord and they came out same day. They installed my new furnace the following work day. Matt, Bryce, and Anthony were on time and and provided great service

Trust me and read this- Getting any kind of work on your house can be stressful. Even more stressful being a female and the fear of being taken advantage of. However, when I found Mays Heating and Air all of that fear went away. I had received quotes from other companies who essentially tried to take me for all I have. When Matt came to inspect my system, he was thorough and most importantly honest. He described the issues and provided the recommendations, all of which were reasonable and affordable. Most importantly, it was all legit and no cutting corners. He gave me options and he never tried to upsell me or “man-splain” why I needed the fanciest one. Matt scheduled the entire furnace replacement within 3 days of the quote. Today, Matt and his guys came and did an amazing job. They took their time, explained things appropriately and were VERY VERY clean. I would recommend this company to my family and friends and I want you to consider them for your HVAC system.
