Quick response, expert service, fair price. We needed our furnace repaired; it turned out to be the heating element. Their tech, Zach, identified the problem quickly and replaced it in record time. Also want to mention that Zach was very pleasant and professional.

My son has used CCCC for maintenance and repairs on his system for years. Always spoke highly of them and in a couple cases their integrity and honesty really showed how good they are. I used them for the first time for a maintenance service and everything was great. Zach showed up on time and gave the system a thorough oversight. He was clean as he worked, courteous and very personable. Great experience. I’ll be using them again and suggest others give them a try as well.

I had my new Bryant A/C system installed by Otter HVAC in May 2025, and the whole experience was amazing. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They completed the installation quickly and neatly, connected everything perfectly, and made sure the system was running smoothly before leaving.

The equipment was supplied through Slakey Brothers, and the quality is excellent. Since the installation, the A/C has been working flawlessly and keeping my home perfectly cool.
