My mother was wanting to do an mini split for an add-on room in her home. She received a couple of quotes from local HVAC companies but wasn't satisfied with them. Normally, I'd agree, but this ain't an oil change. We had rodents that damaged several heater vents in the crawl space... never knew they were there until little tuffs of vent insulation started blowing into the house. Took care of the rodents, then Mays Heating & Air to the rescue!

DA SCENE: Had several outfits come out to quote the work. Right from the get-go Kyle and Matt just felt "right". Direct and frank communication concerning the situation and effort required. Provided options and real "what if" scenarios. No hard sell, no mind games.

DA WORK: They did their best to contain cost - a couple outfits wanted to replace much of the system and vents, but Matt & Kyle provided options as they worked from vent to vent, explaining things along the way. They had great updated diagnostic equipment allowing me to view real time the interior condition of the vents without having to get under the house myself. After the repairs to 3 different vent systems, they brought out the "beast" to thoroughly clean the vents - a robot looking machine, like chubby R2D2.

DA SERVICE: It was a pleasure from start to finish - quotes were quick and thoughtful, scheduling was a breeze, work effort & cleanup top-notch, and finally billing/invoicing/payment was via sms/txt, easy parcheesi. Great communications the whole time, I always felt I knew what was going on and what to expect.

When I have any heating or cooling issues, they will be my 1st call; count me a happy camper and willing reference. Thanks guys!

Our AC went out on the 4th. We were calling places on the 4th and the 5th late into the evening. and were leaving messages. Matt responded by text soon after almost immediate (another company ghosted us).

Bryce came out well within the window on the 6th and got us up and running in no time - parts included!
