Mays Heating and Air responded immediately when I solicited multiple
vendors to repair my AC unit at the start of a heat wave. They provided the diagnostic fee rate ($75) upfront and let me know if would be waived if I chose to have them complete the repairs. I was able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours of contact. Bryce communicated he had an earlier appointment available and arrived very promptly. He was able to diagnose the issue, complete the repair and answer all my questions in record time. He even assessed a heater issue I had that was not a part of the appointment. He very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

This is my second time having Mays Heating and Air out and another great visit! This time was just for a standard maintenance service on my AC unit. I was able to get a next day appointment and my system is so clean! Matthew and Anthony are always considerate of my yard and patio items too! Thanks so much!! I’ll be calling them back in the fall for my furnace maintenance.

Mays Heating & Air Conditioning is my new Hvac company. Thank goodness! I have found them to be very knowledgeable, extremely competent, and honest. Five stars for Bryce’s recent fix for my Trane system! I am now using their annual maintenance plan.

Bryce and Anthony were able to come out promptly and help us get our system fixed and working properly. Our system had many issues after another company or contractor did the install poorly from those we purchased our home from. They offered a variety of fixes for us and didn’t pressure us into anything, just were very helpful and informative on what was done incorrectly. We are thrilled to have a new trusted HVAC team we can rely on locally for all of our future needs and maintenance! And as a bonus a system that is safe and working as it should be for the first time. I texted Matt to replace my furnace on Sunday and he and his team did the job on Monday. Outstanding service. Great team work. The install was done in less than 3 hours. Great work by the guys who did it. I recommend Mays Heating & Air to everyone.

Matt was amazing - came to my home within 24 hours of me reaching out and was very honest about the fact that there was likely nothing wrong with the furnace in question. He also went out of his way to take a look at a second furnace in our home to make sure everything was set up properly. Gave me some suggestions/options on a few things we could fix, but was not pushy at all. In fact, he told me how I could potentially fix the issues on my own at a lower cost, until we were ready to properly have their team get it fixed down the line. I chose this company out of 4 who came to give me a quote because Matt seemed to be the most knowledgeable and the most careful not to hurt my gutter and solar panels roof. He installed a smart thermostat as well and made sure I knew how to use it. Matt and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and considerate. They even used shoe covers when entering inside my house. Matt also fixed my broken filter cover with a better fit.
Mays Heating and Air is definitely going above and beyond. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent work and peace of mind.

Matt and his team did a great job installing our new heating and AC system. They were professional, clean, very responsive, and provided a high quality product. Air and heat

Chose them to install a mini split after receiving multiple bids from 5 star rates services. They quality of work was outstanding and they were the most reasonably priced by a meaningful margin. Very satisfied.

Update:

I used CALI HVAC again to install 1 additional outdoor Daikin MX3 and 3 indoor air handlers. They did a wonderful job again. I am super happy with the high quality of the work. The mini-splits give me full controll over the temperature in the two story house. I can now keep the temperature cool or warm evenly on both floors which I could not do with the whole house AC and Furnace.

Fantastic Service and Price. I purchased new equipment and it is installed and working. ALSO the price for the equipment and labor was very reasonable.

Greatest HVAC Service ever. Was on time and honest about my options. As a woman it's difficult to find someone to help when you have a budget. He fixed my furnace & AC without forcing me to replace them as other service companies have advised.
I will always call them & refer my friends.

I took a chance with this company having never used them before. My air conditioner stopped working. It was Friday …hard to find anyone to come out before Tuesday! Found them on Yelp. They had the lowest service fee; great customer service and a great technician. Even my neighbor, who is pretty handy himself, was impressed! I would use them again!!
