We have used them for several of our properties, and they are great. Always knowledgeable, always professional and they always have competitive pricing. In the rare instance they make a mistake, they quickly come out and resolve the issue. I can not say enough great things about Chris and his team at Air One.

Chris has been extremely helpful. He installed a new air conditioner this last summer. I was very happy with the air conditioner and his service. He was easy to get ahold of. Each time I called and left a message he called right back. The first time I used the HVAC system for heat months later it didn’t work. He sent two guys out that very same day and fixed it, no charge. I highly recommend Air One. His service is great and his prices are competitive.

I highly recommend Air One HVAC. I am very impressed by their prompt, professional service. I called them at 1:40 in the afternoon and by 2:30 a tech was at our house on the same day. I didn't expect to have the repair done the same day due to the time of year and I know how busy it is. Again, I can't say enough about my GREAT experience I had with Air One and how quickly Chris and his tech responded to our issue.

Have had Chris and his crew help us with numerous properties and honestly, we don't even look to anyone else. They are and have been hands down the best in both service and repair. I challenge you to find better, won't happen. Thanks for everything 77!!!!

I use Air One HVAC for multi properties. They have always left me happy whether it’s a new system or a repair on an old system. Crew is professional and Cindy is the office is knowledgeable and very accommodating. I pay for quality and knowledge. Never disappointed with them. Saved in my favorites of contacts!

Great service and promises were kept to install our new A/C compressor during one of the hottest time of the year, (August 2017).

Put in a large Solar system 4 years ago and it already paid for itself. Installing Powerwall Back up system as well and service has been outstanding even helping with other non-solar related HVAC issues!

Jayman came out for an HVAC quote, got ghosted afterwards. No calls, no emails, communication, nothing. Very unprofessional.

In response to the owner's response, no such email was received at all. Given that you also have my phone number, the lack of follow-up is inexcusable.

Absolutely extravagant pricing. Contacted them for a tesla wall charger install. They quoted me 3K for the install. Let me check the spare pot of gold in my yard. Are you using diamond coated wires and coating my garage with diamonds too while you are doing this?

The staff are all very crafty and nimble. Good with a tool ect. With Isaiah's help I finally generate enough gigawats for my home. Cool.

Nick and the team did a large project at my house. About 75 panels, a heat pump for the pool, added heat pumps for my house and a large battery pack. Now, most major things in my house are run by the panels. They are thorough and efficient. I highly recommend them!

I am extremely happy with Green Air. Everything happened when I was told it would. I don't have a yard. It is all garden. I was extremely nervous about what would happen to my plants! I was so pleased, not a destroyed or damaged plant. The clean up was fantastic. New roof and solar, and everything was neat and clean when the job was done.

Showed up on time. Work was extremely professional. Installed 2 batteries and 26 panels. Now we get bills from PG&E showing a negative amount due. Nice to know we can run our AC in the summer without going broke.

Nick and his staff always take great care of my clients and myself 4 air conditioning, furnace, solar needs. Nick is one of the smartest guys I know and always makes my clients feel comfortable with the job to be done with a great explanation of what the problem is and his solution but is competitive in his pricing as well.

Poor customer service. Over promised, under performed. Project took way too long because they had to return several times to complete or repair work that was incorrect or not acceptable. Should have been a quick and easy project, but the customer was never right and the work was shoddy. If only they had taken the time to do things correctly the first time.

It was a pleasure working with Green Air. Isaiah was especially helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be working with them for future business.

My heater was beyond repair, the roof leaked & as I was getting older, summers seemed to be getting unbearably hot. My husband had passed away so any decision to make the needed repairs was completely up to me. And I was a nervous wreck about making such a big investment on my own. I’d had a couple of estimates that seemed really high and the people didn’t inspire my confidence. Then Nick Donzelli came out. I had a million questions & I know I must have been driving Nick crazy. But, he was very patient and always explained all my options and answere all of the many emails I sent him. I was concerned that with a new heater and AC unit that my PG&E bill would be outrageous. He then educated me about Solar & helped me find the appropriate financing I would need in order to add that to job.
The jobs were done promptly and all his men were courteous, answered my questions, and cleaned up after every step of the job. Later, when a solar specialist came out to inspect the work, he was very complimentary of the job that Nick and his crew had done.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Nick Donzelli and his company, Green Air, completed & would definitely recommend them to others.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and great service that Green Air has provided. Nick Donzelli designed an excellent HVAC system for us when we renovated our home in 2016. The system is completely quiet and efficient. We are always very comfortable in the cold of winter and the heat of summer. Our energy bill is low and consistent throughout the the year. His company responded immediately and assisted us when we needed to do additional work on our foundation that required our unit to be temporarily disconnected. Working with Aziz, who oversaw the installation and conducted maintenance on our unit, is very pleasant to work with. We would definitely hire this company again if we were to do another renovation or build a new home.
