This is a great company. I had a service request in on a Sunday of a holiday weekend where it was 113. Figured l wouldn't hear from anyone till Tuesday at best. They called Monday & solved the problem same day which in a heatwave is miraculous. They were on time and professional and went out of their way to help to make sure we don't have issues hopefully too soon. Appreciate very much.

Said is the owner of the company and he definitely gets 5 stars from me. He does a very clean job and is knowledgeable in what he does. He came to our home and changed out or old unit in no time. He found the issue and now for the California heat we are ready for summer.

It was over 100 degrees in fairfeild las week and my tenant called me about the AC is not working. I called the owner of East Bay Heating and he answered my call right the way. I explained him the situation and he agreed to go to check it out the same day.
He used a very sophisticated tools to diagnose the problem. In 20 minutes he fixed everything.

I checked out 20 different referrals from NextDoor. I picked out Said Aichour of East Bay Heating & Cooling. Said came out to fix a furnace that would not ignite regularly. It's been a problem for years. I've been told to replace the entire furnace a few times. I'm obstinate. It's a 20 year old Trane. Said Aichour diagnosed the problem: The gas valve. He returned with a new part and fixed it in 45 minutes. The furnace now ignites 100%. Said is a smart, honest guy. It was a real pleasure to have him do the fix. The total cost was right in line with what I'd googled.

Same day visit on probably Said busiest day of the year with back to back 111 temp days. Replaced the part within 15 minutes. Had cool air in my house again within minutes, first time needing HVAC help and will call Said again if needed

All I can say is wow. Said and his team are MIRICAL workers!
Shortly after I started working at my current job all four of our swamp coolers decided it was there time to stop working. I called a long list of HVAC companies that all turned me away leaving me pretty hopeless that I would not find a company that would at least come look. Then I found Said. Thank you google.
Said when I called to explain the situation he himself came out that day to look at all four swamp coolers and gave me an estimate. There were a couple new steps for us both but together we got through it! The second I got the estimate approved I call Said and he said we will be there in two days with everything and get started.
SAID AND TEAM INSTALLED ALL FOUR SWAMP COOLERS AND CLEANED EVERYTHING WITH IN MAX 5 HOURS. Within FIVE hours they where completed. I was absolutely impressed. The flow and respect from the team is amazing.
Fast forward a week walking climate control i notice one of the fan was not working. I call Said freaking out seeing how we just replaced the Swamp coolers. He came out within the hour to fix it. It was a poor connection to the older thermostat we had. He recommended we replace them and Within a week and a half my end took a little long he was out and got thr thermostats and breakers changed out and working.

Speedy response, honest and competent. Its so hard these to find someone competent, and who does not overcharge you. (The estimates you hear these days are out of this world!) I needed to have a duct moved, from one side of the room to another. It required going under the house, adding a new duct opening and reattaching the ducts to the new location. I am thrilled with his work and the cost. Saeed is a rare one. Thankful to have found him. Great man!

I found Said’s contact information on Nextdoor, thought he sounded pretty knowledgable on all things HVAC and so when our AC unit suddenly went dark on is, I decided to give him a call. He arrived in the next hour or two, provided us with a quote and came back to our place after my daughter’s naptime to work on the unit. We had to have 2 flex tubing replaced in the attic space and Said did the job in 1-2 hours! He also went above and beyond to seal the vent opening that connects to the tube (which was not done by the previous maintenance person) so that it will be more energy efficient. Said works fast, was willing to work with our toddler’s nap schedule and was quiet and respectful. We would be repeat customers for sure!

Said is just awesome and we highly recommend him. He called me back promptly and got under our house to inspect our ducting. He found out that we had huge holes in our ducting that was releasing our cool air. He gave me a estimate the next day that was so reasonably priced and came out the same day to do the work. He is so honest and so knowledgeable.

had my AC unit stopped working couple days ago, I called one of HVAC contractor to fix it, he suggested to replace the entire unit which will cost me about $2500 including labor, when I called East bay heating and cooling; recommended by a co-worker, he quickly responded to my request, after troubleshooting he found out; I need to replace only the starting capacitor, he fixed the issue quickly with very reasonable price.

So my AC unit quit working on me Saturday night. I called Said Sunday morning at nine and he was out to my place by 1230. He diligently worked to repair my air-conditioning unit for the cheapest cost possible. However in the end it turned out that I needed a new motor. Going forward Said will be my go to guy for keeping my AC unit properly maintained on a yearly basis. I will be more than glad to refer him to anyone needing his services. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Craig was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything he was doing clearly. He measured the filter for me and wrote it on the existing filter so it is easy to find. He also took some extra time to explain why water comes out from the furnace and how we should take care of that area. The price was very fair

They were prompt and did an amazing job installing the heating unit. They cleaned everything up and had great recommendations for where to place our Nest thermostat to be efficient. The heating system has been functioning perfectly, definitely going back to them to install our AC in the future:)

My thermostat would not allow me to bring the temperature up but I could bring the temperature down. So I suspected that it might be the thermostat but I wanted to make sure since I have a home warranty. I contacted East Bay Heating and Cooling they responded to me right away and came over the next day. I cannot say enough about how professional they were in fact the owner came out himself. We even had tea together at the house I highly recommend this business and I will use their services if I have any needs including regular maintenance.

I have had Said to the house a few times over the years to extend the life of a 25 year old HVAC system. He has always been responsive, polite, and professional. At long last the system was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. Said was, as usual, reliable and his quote was comparable to to others. This was a bigger job than in the past but he and his crew were able to complete it in one day and his crew were just as nice and respectful as he has been. Highly recommended.
