East Bay Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC system at our house. It is amazing. Exactly what we need & we’re saving money because it’s more efficient than our original system. They have outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend them more.

Amos provided our annual furnace maintenance inspection. He fully explained each of the services he performed, was courteous, and extremely knowledgeable!

David, Johnny and whole install crew were punctual and courteous. They explained the whole process and kept me informed of any issues during the installation of both our HVAC units. They were very professional and left the work area cleaner than when they started. They explained how the new units worked including the use of the new thermostats. New units are working great. Even the condensers are so much quieter than the old ones.

Freschi Services are the original installers to my entire system in the early 2000's. When you have a system installed, there will always be code inspectors, when a code inspector IE City/County inspection Rep ask who did the work and you tell them Freschi and they tell you I don't need to inspect because they are representive of a STANDARD that all should compare themselves to That's Freschi Air. Alex and Arielle carry that quality forward in Repair and Maintenance and all other respects!!! Expertise, Excellence, Honesty and Affordability. Thank you for a Standard that should be that simple in today's environment.

Arielle was very friendly and serviced our AC unit quickly. She explained the problem clearly and offered several options to get our unit up and running again. A+ service. We also signed up for the annual maintenance plan to keep everything running smoothly.

We had our tankless water system cleaned on contract for free and our shower controller fixed by Gustavo Aleman. He did a great job doing the work and was quick completing the job.

I advise the community of serious concerns regarding the business practices and workmanship standards of Freschi Service Experts, which may present significant safety issues.
In 2022, I contracted with this company for HVAC equipment purchase and installation. Following completion, they provided documentation and an "Ultimate Labor Protection Warranty" that has proven to be without substantive value or enforceability.
During a pre-sale home inspection, a licensed inspector identified that the furnace installation performed by Freschi Service Experts constitutes a fire hazard and fails to meet applicable building code requirements. Despite multiple contact attempts, provision of the inspection report, and filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the company has explicitly refused to remediate the defective and hazardous work they performed.
I also have documented my experience on Yelp, where numerous other consumers have reported similar patterns of substandard workmanship and refusal to honor obligations. I strongly advise you to exercise due diligence and consider alternative service providers to avoid similar circumstances involving potential property damage, safety hazards, and financial loss. Be safe!

Gustavo came out to do our annual plumbing inspection that is part of our service agreement. Gustavo gave us the most thorough inspection we have experienced. He gave us a detailed list of everything that he found and clearly explained the significance of every item on the list. This was no cursory inspection. Well done Gustavo.

Hugo came out today, Sunday to do a diagnostic and service for my AC unit in our biggest heat wave this summer. I can’t say enough good about Hugo. Very professional very knowledgeable great at communicating and explaining the exact details of the issues. I would highly recommend their service. So happy I had them come out. I will definitely sign up for their maintenance and ongoing maintenance program. Great to do business with.

Justin and Kaylee came to do my semi annual a/c. They were so nice and friendly yet very professional. I loved that they put booties on as I have white carpet.They were very thorough and gave me options that they had if I wanted to replace my a/c. I couldn’t do it now but it was nice to know there are payment plans.

The dispatch was able to get service scheduled quickly, Dustin the tech was great. I would recommend buying filters on Amazon as they are much more when you buy from the company but that’s usually how it goes.

Gustavo Aleman was very thorough in his inspection, provided great information on how to maintain our equipment. I hope to have him as our tech going forward.

Angela was on time, even working overtime, to replace a complicated capacitor on our main A/C unit.
She did the work cleanly and quickly, saved us money with the Freschi membership, was liked by both our dogs, and even reminded me to close the garage door!! After 24 hours of no a/c downstairs, this was a miracle!
